ONe night stay

Pros: Convenience of access, and equipment for handicapped person were its best fleatures.
Cons: The chair was too large for the desk, and was almost in the way some of the time.
The hotel was easy to find, even in the dark. There was plenty of excellent parking space close to the building, so my slightly handicapped wife had a very short distance to warm space on a cold night. A noisy bathroom fan ran constantly when the lights were on, which was not necessary. The motel had no plastic drinking cups; only styrofoam for hot beverages. Those were used to pour waffle batter as well. The floor could have been cleaner. Overall, the motel in Muncie, Indiana, was a better stay experience than this one in Springfield, OH

Cons: Hallway smell like sewer
Location: performing art
Hotel entrance is nice. Hallway carpet is dirty need replacement. Hallway smell like sewer. Could use better lighting. could use fresh cream for the coffee. Horrible coffee.

Clean, comfortable hotel, well located

Pros: Reasonable price, well located for travelers
Cons: Lobby & breakfast are small. Breakfast very modest.
Location: We were passing through on I-70. Good access from interstate.
Comfortable, quiet night’s stay. Clean room, reasonably priced.

Pros: The night manager was very nice.
Cons: clean the floors in the bathrooms , dirty around the tiles
Every time I needed to speak to hotel staff manager he was on his cell phone.

Our room was obviously a king room with two double beds crammed into it, therefore it was very cramped. There weren't enough outlets for the kids and I to plug in our phones. The breakfast was very small, and the "breakfast area" is 3 tables in the hotel lobby. For the price of the room the hotel was incredibly disappointing. Our only positive about this hotel was the pool and hot tub, and the very polite staff.
