Started bad but self correctedPosted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: The proximity to restaurants, the highway, and the breakfast in the morning is hard to beat.
Cons: Verification that the rooms are ready for revenue.
Location: There are several restaurants walking distance from the hotel, Shops are a crossed the street, 6 flags is close by.
The first night when I checked in the room appeared to be clean however the sheets had foreign hairs on them. I asked for a change of the sheets and was brought a new set. The staff overly apologized and offered to switch rooms. I explained I was ok as long as I had a complete change over the next day. When I returned on the second day everything was right and the rest of the stay was uneventful as far as the issues with the room or hotel.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!Posted Aug 19, 2015 on Hotels
I was very disappointed in this Hotel! The staff was rude. We were charged $10.00ea extra to use the pool each time we used it and it was only open from 4pm-8pm. The handbook in the room stated otherwise. The breakfast was horrible both of my children were sick from eating it and that took a whole day away from or vacation. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Front desk staff were excellent and welcoming.Posted Aug 14, 2015
Pros: We liked best the water park like pool as well as the breakfast!
Cons: Vending machines could be better located and landscaping on the exterior part of the hotel.
Once we arrived we were pleased with the location of the hotel, as well as how well kept the grounds and interior of the hotel. The front desk staff are welcoming and accommodating to the many questions about tourism, dining, and local entertainment. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful time and we enjoyed the indoor pool from a spectacular balcony side room.

Good hotel close to theme parkPosted Aug 12, 2015
Not a bad hotel. Staff was friendly. Only con is that when housekeeping "cleaned' room, they left the less than half used roll of toilet paper and expected family of 4 to make due with it. Bathroom has place for 2 rolls at a time. Should ALWAYS have 2!

Comfortable Stay with childrenPosted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: Comfort bedding, breakfast, and the pool. Helpful front desk staff.
Cons: larger bathrooms, better shower pressure, not paying for the pool.
Location: Big E, Basketball Hall of Fame, and Six Flags
Hotel on the inside was updated. Was very disappointed about 4 years ago. The outside of hotel needs much updating and cleaning. Clean and comfortable rooms/beds. Small bathroom. The pool should not have a $10 charge...just should charge for people not staying at hotel. Breakfast included was good...eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles all hot and delicious. The staff was wonderful and exceeded my expectations especially being timid from the last stay. Great job to the front desk staff for taking care of my needs...breakfast staff, pool, and room cleaning staff did a wonderful job. I would stay again.

Great Hotel for the moneyPosted Aug 8, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel is still under renovation but it never affected our stay there. Great breakfast area and food. Didn't use the water park but it looked very well kept.

Great ValuePosted Aug 6, 2015
Cons: The area adjacent to ours was being renovated and once we went into the halls we could tell that the workers were smoking.
We stayed at this hotel to be close to a day at Six Flags New England. This hotel seems to be recently renovated and everything was crisp and clean and new. The beds were comfortable. The big attraction for us was the water park and it was great. Not huge, but our 4YO had a great time there and was never "bored." The lifeguard here was especially friendly. The park was uncrowded. In comparison to staying at CoCo Key in CT, this was like 5 star vs. 2 stars. Way more value for the money.

Transit stop.Posted Aug 3, 2015
Cons: Make the pool included in the price.
Location: Close to places to eat
Used this hotel as a transit stop going further south. A bit disappointing to see the use of the pool and water park were additional ($10 per person - in the fine print...). Apart from that the hotel was fine and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The water park was a big selling point for staying here. Next time we will stay somewhere else that also includes a complimentary pool and breakfast.
