We booked because they have a hot tub, but the hot tub was lukewarm at best and the jets were too strong with no way to adjust how high they are. Also the water pressure and temperature in the shower were nothing to write home about either.

There was a lot of doors slamming close. I assume it was guest returning to their rooms. I was on 3rd floor and heard people walking above me from 4th floor. Once I turned fan on the noise was not as noticeable.

Good hotel to stop with the family as we traveled through on a road trip. Kids liked the pool. I appreciated the free laundry facility. Breakfast was decent.

A little small, a little dated, but clean and affordable. Staff was kind. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Dear Jeff,Our pool was down for painting, we tried to pick our slow time to do this. We stated on the Choice web site about the closing. WE opened the pool on February 9th .My front desk was instructed to remind guests before they checked in .Sorry for the inconvenience .

Very easy, fast check-in and gave me a small upgrade. We were only in town for one night but I'd stay here again. Plus side... Great location!

Very clean and well kept, especially for an older Comfort Inn that hasn't had the renovations that many I know have gotten in the last 4 or 5 years. I think this one is older than that. But it is very well kept inside and out. It is a bit out of the way for Springfield, but was quite close to where I was going. I will likely stay there again.

We were expecting the pool to be operational and it was closed. Breakfast was at 7:00 and not at 6:00. We had to be on the road before 7:00.

The staff was friendly and it had a good breakfast. The hotel is a little older, but still was very clean. Walking distance to the outback restaurant, and IHOP. Was quiet, so was able to get a good nights rest the night that we stayed.

I liked the property ok, the staff at the front desk however were offensive. When i commented on the pool being closed, which was disappointed as our family picked a place to stay that had an indoor pool the comments made by the clerks were defensive i was told that she told me this at check in (if she did i didnt hear her) and also the man said its on all the web sites (no it is, if it is listed on the website then it is hidden and should be listed under the pool section) they both had a negative attitude and treated me like it was somehow my fault. Rude. Also another lady doing houskeeping made comment about needing the elelavtor while i was already waiting there for it. The customer service as far as attitude and professionalism needs great improvement and no I do not plan to use the hotel again for that reason especially if our family is counting on a pool.

Receptionist who checked me in was super helpful with my requests. Room was specious and comfortable! I appreciated the quietness and felt safe during my stay. Additionally, the warm breakfast selections were plentiful. Much thanks to one of the breakfast hosts for her kindness and humor.

Pool and hot tub looked dirty. Also hot tub didn’t function properly. Door locks to the room was busted and held on with 1 screw. Closets door/mirror didn’t close and would cause issues when trying to open the door to leave the room or enter the room.
