Very convenient, just off the Interstate

Pros: Clean, newly remodeled
Wonderful staff, very accommodating! The Breakfast was great, lots to choices. The staff allowed us to pay for our local family to have breakfast with us so we could have more time together during our brief visit.

Great hotel

Passing through area on our way to Florida. Hotel was exception. Clean, comfy and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to highway 44.

We needed a place to stay for a MSU graduation. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Everything was clean, newly renovated, and comfortable. The front desk people were extremely friendly. The continental breakfast area was clean and attractive. The food was good. This was a great place to stay.

Great Place to Stay

This was my second stay here in the last month or so. I used to stay at a cheaper place nearby, but I realized quality, comfort and cleanliness are worth spending a little more on. The staff are friendly and the rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I got a call from the front desk around 9 P.M. I hadn't checked in yet and they just wanted to make sure everything was OK and offered to move the reservation for me if I needed. The breakfast area was well stocked and had a variety of options. I will definitely return here whenever I'm in Springfield!

disappointing in bed

the location is convenient, the facility and property is nice and clean and the breakfast was good, but we were very disappointed in the king bed in room 250. The bed was very hard/firm and we both did not sleep well the one night we stayed. For that reason I could not stay there again.

Welcoming and comfortable after long trip

Pros: After a 7 hour drive it was great to know I could count on this hotel to be comfortable and inviting. The room was clean and attractive. The bed(s) were comfortable, pillows great to choose from soft to harder. I want to commend Sarah at the front desk, she was very friendly and kind. Check in was a breeze. Pool was exceptional. Breakfast in the morning was everything it should be, many choices, and good hot coffee. I will use this hotel again when I return to the area to see my grandchildren.
Cons: There is nothing negative to say. It exceeded my needs and met my expectations.
Location: I chose a location close to interstate 44, and it is right next to it. Convenient gas stations nearby and restaurants. Cracker Barrel is right across.
