Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed for two nights. The second night, the room next door was very noisy with loud music. But, thankfully, it went low at 10 pm and we were not bothered any further and did not need to call the front desk. The breakfast was well stocked with cereals, oatmeal packets, fresh fruit and fruit cups, yogurts, waffle, Danish, bagels, English muffuns and bread. The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes the first day, with cheese and salsa. The second morning hot breakfast was cheese omelets, bacon and French toast. There are also coffees, teas, hot chocolate, juices, chocolate milk and almond Milk. There were also hard cooked and peeled eggs in the cooler. Upon checking in there were delicious cookies offered at the counter. We will be back next time we stay over in Eugene/Springfield.

Staff was so helpful and friendly!! Usually with hotels you can hear neighboring noise and people in the halls, doors slamming. Not here! How refreshing

The air vents near the ceiling in the bathrooms need to be cleaned. They are extremely dusty need new filters obviously. None of the exterior lights on the outside of the hotel worked. Therefore, parking lot is dark not lit up. Not great when you're a single woman as daughter is. The heater in the room is very noisy, we had to turn it off at one point just to get some sleep- then turn back on in the middle of the night for heat in the room.

The manager responded quickly for my need of a room with accessible bath chair. She upgraded us to a double queen which is best for us. The pool area was very well taken care of as well as the overall property. It is just an older motel so there is wear. Wonderful easy area to get around.

Great location with welcoming staff.
This was my 3rd stay in 6 years. Wonderful staff, welcoming, attentive, and always offering help. The room was clean with a very comfortable mattress. I do think the hotel is due a remodel. The carpet was stained, sofa was not comfortable with no support, desk chair very used, and the bathroom walls were in need of paint with updated toilet would make this a 5 overall. I would still book this hotel again. It really is in a great location, large rooms for a great price. Seamless check in and out, with a full hot breakfast.

The continental breakfast was different each morning. The staff were friendly. The beds were a little too soft for me but for people who like to sleep on a cloud would sleep well. The room was good size and the fridge actually kept our food cold. Good visit.

It wasnt bad im a little dissapointed with the room though i had trash can full of trash when i got in the room. There was hair in the bathtub and dirt. There was pubic hair on the toilet and the heater was janky and didnt work right and the window was broken and had air coming in all the time. Other than that it was nice and decent staff was polite im just a little upset they didnt offer a discount or remedy for all the issues with the amount it cost me to stay there.

The hid-abed was dirty, popcorn fell out as we unfolded it, it was stained and just disgusting. So bad that we couldn't use it and my son slept on the floor.

A good place for a family to get together.
It was a very nice stay. We had adjoining rooms so that our families could visit together. The pool not being heated was a disappointment because we like doing that during our hotel stays. But the front desk team was very friendly and obliging and everyone had a smile on their face. The breakfast provided was very good and filling.
