Pros: Excellent facilities and close to all the locations we were going to.
Cons: Short power outage in the bar area shut down all TV's for Saturday night. It appeared that no one on staff knew how to restart them after power restor
Location: Minutes from the state capital, fairgrounds, and Lincoln sites
Excellent facilities. Closing the escalators during off hours is a little bit annoying.

Uncle Pasquale, Thank you for writing a review and I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. I do apologize about the power outage as it briefly affected the entire hotel and unfortunately tripped a fuse to the cable companies equipment that the hotel staff did not have access too. We unfortunately had to wait until that Monday morning for them to respond. I also understand how the escalators being shut down can be annoying. The hotel does make every attempt to be as "green" as possible so during off peak hours we do attempt to save as much power as possible. Location: Location great restaurants and movies and close to where I needed to be.
The mattress I think was old because the springs were no good. I could take it for 2 days but no longer.

Worn down hotel close to highway traffic

The front desk kept talking about all of the renovation. However, our room wasn't vacuumed upon arrival or each day, and one day only one of the beds were made. I guess the renovation didn't extend to the upkeep of guest rooms.

SPRINGFIELD TRIP

Pros: Everything. Nice room, good bed. Restaurant staff very attentive, good food.
Cons: Nothing negative to add. We were very pleased with the room, bed and bathroom. Large 40" LG television, very nice!
Location: Easy access and restaurants close by.

Updated and appealing decor

Pros: Updated decor.
Cons: Shoddy patchwork on the walls near the window. Dusty desk area. Soft close doors that aren't so loud.
Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby. Not too far off the highway. Movie theater nearby.
10th floor stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Decor was updated. Mini fridge. Comfortable bed. Food and movie theater nearby. Would stay again.

Nice stay though noisy

I enjoy staying at Crown. I requested somewhere quiet and away and was granted a space on tenth floor. However, so did apparently everyone else and it was noisy until wee hours of the morning. Didn't get much rest as desired this time.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Location: Conveniently located to I-55, multiple restaurants and shopping.
Helpful and friendly staff, spotless room. Conveniently located to the State Fairgrounds. Will go again.
