Updated and appealing decor

Pros: Updated decor.
Cons: Shoddy patchwork on the walls near the window. Dusty desk area. Soft close doors that aren't so loud.
Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby. Not too far off the highway. Movie theater nearby.
10th floor stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Decor was updated. Mini fridge. Comfortable bed. Food and movie theater nearby. Would stay again.

Nice stay though noisy

I enjoy staying at Crown. I requested somewhere quiet and away and was granted a space on tenth floor. However, so did apparently everyone else and it was noisy until wee hours of the morning. Didn't get much rest as desired this time.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Location: Conveniently located to I-55, multiple restaurants and shopping.
Helpful and friendly staff, spotless room. Conveniently located to the State Fairgrounds. Will go again.

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel but not sure why when says includes breakfast really means just the first 2 then have to pay for extras. Wish there was a way to include whole party.

From a logistical standpoint it would be difficult to include more than 2 breakfasts per room as the room rate would then need to fluctuate depending on whether there were 3, 4 or 5 guests. We unfortunately would not be able to add 2 or 3 more guests complimentary for the same price. The hotel is lovely.

Although a lovely hotel our bathtub had not been cleaned properly. Hair was in tub and on the walls. This is a non smoking hotel but the room smelled of smoke. On another note , The front desk was very professional and helpful

Springfield stay at the Crowne Plaza

Very enjoyable stay..room very nice and clean...the staff were very courteous and quite helpful..we enjoyed our stay ... we highly recommend this hotel .

Decent place, could be much better

The hotel is nice and has great potential. Unfortunately, it is not attended to very well. Our room had someone's dirty sock on the floor, a plastic package in the bed, something spilled on the nightstand, flower petals on the floor, and no toilet tissue when we checked in. When we alerted the front desk their response was "oh". Also, the pool area frequently was out of towels for hours. With just basic attention from hotel management this could be a really nice place.
