Various issues with cleanliness: article of clothing from previous guest on floor, gritty film on bath tub, brown spot on blanket. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Had trouble getting to sleep and that honestly never happens to me in hotels. Front desk pretty easy to work with and helpful. Restaurant staff was the best part, super friendly, and attentive. Sadly would not stay there again, very disappointed overall.

Presidents Day weekend 2017

Receptionist check-in was on the second floor the room it wasn't very clean but overall location good I will consider this hotel for my next trip

Weekend getaway!

Pros: The beds, the location, the staff!
Cons: nothin
Location: The wing place next door is great for drinks and wings!
Very nice hotel!! Luxurious beds which is the most important to me when travelling!

Nice hotel.

Great breakfast buffet. Clean room with friendly staff. Wish the restaurant was open for supper. We did not want to go out for supper as was so cold. Nice conference area. Lounge was open but few decent food choices. Wish we could have rented movies as it much on cable either night.

Was great except there was no soap in the bathroom and when we asked the housekeeper, we were told they didn't supply soap.

Overall great

Beautiful hotel next to tollway, room was great. But the parking lot was a nightmare, it was one giant sheet of ice the whole time we were there which is very dangerous, especially for my older parents and grandparents. Bad weather had been forecasted in advance so they should have been prepared by putting out salt, etc

The hotel did have our contracted vendor put salt out that evening in addition to a second application the next morning. It definitely did not happen as quick as it should have and I am working with that company to make sure there is not such a great lag time. Pros: Excellent facilities and close to all the locations we were going to.
Cons: Short power outage in the bar area shut down all TV's for Saturday night. It appeared that no one on staff knew how to restart them after power restor
Location: Minutes from the state capital, fairgrounds, and Lincoln sites
Excellent facilities. Closing the escalators during off hours is a little bit annoying.

I do apologize about the power outage as it briefly affected the entire hotel and unfortunately tripped a fuse to the cable companies equipment that the hotel staff did not have access too. We unfortunately had to wait until that Monday morning for them to respond. I also understand how the escalators being shut down can be annoying. The hotel does make every attempt to be as "green" as possible so during off peak hours we do attempt to save as much power as possible. We do hope that we have the opportunity to see you again so we can provide you an even better stay. Sincerely, Alan F General Manager
