Not very clean.

Pros: Coffee
Cons: Needs better beds and needs better cleaning.
Not very good. Rooms and floors dirty and sticky. Bed uncomfortable and blankets old. TV too low on dresser to be seen from the bed.

Facilities need some updating. Location is good for doing business in and around DC. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Gigi at the front desk.

Dirty room, Fire alarms blaring, no dishes in room, rude staff, cheap breakfast, broken mirror, etc.

Did not have the room I booked.

Pros: Staff was great!
Cons: Expedia's ability to reflect actual availability.
I booked a room and they did not have it ready for me. I believe it was possibly Expedia's fault for not reflecting the correct rooms that were available. The staff was kind enough to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I was not provided the room I asked for, but at least I had a goodnight's sleep.

Customer service is terrible!

The whole floor smelt like rotten fish. I asked to switch room and I was denied.

It's so so

The hotel is OK ,the guy on the front desk was very nice ,the rooms are OK BUT in the morning I had a few bed bug bites and there is no continental breakfast just protein bars . On top of that upon check out I ask the lady at the front desk for a receipt and she told me she can't give me one cuz I book the room over the Internet but when I checked in I signed a paper with the amount and just wanted a copy of that page but she refused to give me cuz it was for the hotel use only ... So ridiculous . She wasn't on a mood or something but very rude so if you can find another hotel go there ...

AC/Heat was very noisy.

Everytime AC/heat turns on it is very noisy. Had a hard time keeping asleep because of the noise. Price is decent but they're not the only ones in this price range. Would not go back.

Never again.

Pros: Dayshift staff was much more competent and helpful.
Cons: Read my experience and you'll figure it out. Oh... fix the other elevator.. it kept getting stuck on floor 4 opening and closing with no one inside.
Location: Close to Sprinfield mall.
Cleanliness - Upon immediately entering the room, you can smell the musty air... after further inspection, probably due to the fact that they don't have an active exhaust in the bathroom. I don't know when the sheets were changed as I had A LOT of woman's (or man I guess) long blonde hair in my sheets. The mattress protector had red, brown and yellow stains on it. The kitchenware set I was given from the front desk was dirty and greasy. The shower curtain is too long for the shower and so lays halfway across the bottom of the tub, surely growing something. Housekeeping - Their policy is, stays of 8 days or more will have sheets and towels changed. I stayed 8 days, which you would think that would mean 2 housekeeping calls. Nope. Once... 4 days before I checked out. Tiny trashcans make for an interesting situation under the sink. Check-in - Something got messed up where the hotel clerk couldn't find my reservation made through Expedia. Rather than offering me a room or suggesting I try to contact expedia or make another reservation, he just sat there and told me I had no reservation in the system. Do you have rooms? Yes sir, we have rooms. So... I proceed to book another room through expedia, he tells me to wait 15 minutes and he'll check again. 40 minutes later I finally get his attention and he's forgotten who I am. The grab and go breakfast is coffee and granola bars.. sometimes muffins... no other options or variety for those of us who don't drink coffee.

Dirty, overpriced

Pigsty. Room wasn't cleaned they claimed to only have smoking rooms available. Rowdy drunks till 3am.
