I had 2 rooms for 2 nights. The accommodations were clean, everything was stocked and everything worked. The beds were fine. The breakfast was lovely, lots of variety. The pool was nice, the hot tub was closed (boo!). The only thing I thought strange was I had a smoking room which was attached (by a door) to a non smoking room, they called down and complained due to the smell. Obviously smell carries to the attached room.

The management and staff are all very cordial and helpful. I would like to encourage you to put some kind of coloring on the edge of the sidewalks. There is a little bit of a drop off and because the sidewalk and the driveway are both concrete, it can be challenging to see the edge, a person could slip off of that easily by Misjudgiing.

Was not told at check in that pool was closed. Didnt know till later when we went down to relax and swim that there was a note on the door. Would have went elsewhere had we known before paying.

Good choice

Could use an update, but doesn't NEED one.
The staff was great but the room furniture seemed like it was from 2000. The furniture was surprisingly in great shape despite looking very outdated. My mattress in particular was slightly less comfortable than the other. None of these things are really complaints as the place was very clean and seemed well taken care of.

Keep on going!
Would not recommend this particular Hampton Inn. It was dirty and smelled of mold in the entrance and breakfast room. Our room had a horrible smoked in smell. Unfortunately we stayed because our regular hotel was experiencing a power outage and it was late at night. Breakfast was not appetizing. The coffee was good though.

Thank you for taking time to give us a review. We are sorry to hear we were not up to your liking. You in fact did book a smoking room so of course smoking is allowed in it. We also had the same power outage causing issues with many things not working correctly, including exhaust fans. Breakfast is the standard Hampton breakfast served under Hilton standards.

I didn’t really have an issue with the room. It was clean. But you could hear the neighbors and guest upstairs. They were really loud or the walls and floors are really thin. For the cost of the room I would not expect to not be woken up by the people in surrounding rooms. I wouldn’t stay here again due to that.
