Facility was clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional , courteous, and helpful. Didn't get to use the pool because it was out of service,but they notified us in advance by text and phone. This was a step above and beyond.

The breakfast at this particular Hampton was very good. I have been to many of these types of hotels, but this was the best breakfast I have had at any of them.

We have stayed at this location multiple times! Staff is amazing-from breakfast staff, housekeeping, front desk-very kind, upbeat, and thoughtful. Very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and a wide variety of options for people to enjoy. Vent in bathroom was very dirty, dial missing in fridge to control fridge temp-things froze or melted-couldn’t regulate the temp well. Pool was warmer than normal-which was really nice for my grandkids and we were hoping it was not so cold-but it needed a good cleaning. I know getting reliable help and enough help is an issue-maybe hire an outside cleaning service to deep clean rooms, halls, pool to get ‘caught up’ due to staff shortages. A refresh/update of decor would also help with aesthetics of hotel. Overall-great stay-which is why we continue to utilize this location!

The first room that we were given was not ready, the bed was not made and the room was dirty. We need A handicap room and the room was the farthest from check in so we had to make the long trip to a room. the reason we ask for A handicap room is because we are handicap. You would think that they would put those rooms closer to the checkin area. We were wore out by the time we got to our room.

We gad to change rooms right after we checked in. The toilet wasn't functioning properly. Went to the front desk. We would have been ok with someone unclogging the toilet but they changed our room. Super nice. Breakfast was great. Conveniently close to everything.

Disappointing
Definitely not worth the price. This property is very run down. We had a family suite on the first floor and it was not clean. The room had very high ceilings with spiderwebs and dead insects in the spiderwebs. There was hair on the tissue box as if it had not been wiped off and the pull-out mattress was covered in rust. I appreciated the ability to check in early, but this room was worth less than half of what we paid. The breakfast area, though, was clean and well stocked. Everything we tried was good and our children enjoyed the pool.

I was disappointed about: There was no internet for a couple of days. They advertised wine and snacks, that never occurred. Housekeeping was by request only for 4 consecutive days. No clock in my room. There was only one bar of soap-many people cannot use body wash due to allergies.

This hotel appeared to be a nice place when walking in to the lobby. Upon entering our room, it was not nice at all. Cobwebs hanging on the walls. Carpet badly stained and ultimately gross. Toilet paper holder broken so when ripping off a piece, the roll went flying across the floor. Bathroom light shade falling on one side. Dead bugs inside the light fixture in bathroom. Very nice front desk staff. Won't stay here again unless I hear from the hotel. I took photos, but this site wouldnt allow me to upload them.

Close to the highway but dirty
The room that we stayed in clearly had not been vacuumed or cleaned prior to us coming. We found makeup on the floor from another guest, change and a carabiner. The inside of the microwave was filthy and the toilet had pee running down the side of it at the base. The beds were comfortable but everything is very dated. The kids liked the pool but the chlorine was so strong it was burning their eyes and mine just sitting there watching them. The carpet was sticky and we had to wear shoes the whole time because I was not sure what was on it.

Needs updated, the room is huge! Beds very uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty feeling. Breakfast is “OK” the bread had mold all over it, coffee is not good. I would not stay here again.

Hampton could be great, but this one is aged out.
Sadly this Hampton is in need for an overhaul. Room and bathroom not very clean and run down. Beds were full sizes, not the queens that we were offered on booking. Hairdryer was broken. Mounds of dust coming out of bathroom vent. And for some reason the water smelled strongly like chemical- both sink and shower. These days some options for movies or logging into amazon/netflix is to be expected at this price point. Mattresses are DONE. We didnt sleep well at all and it wasnt due to noise. We didnt use the pool but it appeared to be large and fun. Staff at front desk was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was ok. Location is very convenient to where we needed to be.

Great location, wonderful staff, and very willing to give us a sizeable discount for the hiccup we experienced there, that wasn't anyone's fault. The 2 queen bed suite with hide-a-bed was great for our family of 6, and I appreciated the extra sink in the room. My kids absolutely loved the pool, the breakfasts were great, and we had a fantastic time! We also appreciated the local restaurant recommendations, and we loved the free Taco Tuesday food - and free wine! Lots of fun, wish we could have stayed longer.
