The bed mattress was the worst that I have ever slept on. I travel frequently. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am not sure which room you had as I cannot look up your reservation. Feel free to call the hotel and let us know so we can have maintenance look at that bed. We are aware of some challenges with the Garden Inn Sleep System King Size beds which we are working to resolve.

Rooms were great when checking for a motel when were most impressed with the pool and hot tub area that area dold us after checking in and hoing down to this area was very disappointed the pool and hot tub were very cold.

The Room

Second time booking a room that I got one to accommodate a handicapped person. No offense but I would have perferred a non-handicapped accommodation. The room faced the highway and was noisy. The room was very clean The personnel were a bit cold toward me

Great Parking for Trailers & Nice hotel

We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Springfield, Illinois for the motorcycle races. They have a spacious parking lot that will accommodate trucks with trailers attached. The Hilton Garden Inn is a clean, modern hotel, and reasonably priced.

A beautiful hotel

Pros: room was nice. It was clean and staff was helpful and courteous
Cons: Breakfast should be free
Location: Really really enjoyed the Lincoln Home and Lincoln Museum
Very nice room and staff. No free breakfast though but still I liked it.

Not as nice as we expected

We expected a nicer hotel, considering the Hilton name and nightly rate. However, the hotel was not maintained very well. The floors in the bathroom weren't very clean. The edges of the pool were very dirty, and even the outside sitting area hadn't been swept in a long time. We will stay somewhere else the next time we're in Springfield

All staff was excellent, clean rooms. The breakfast was great! We went for the fair and Lincoln home and both within 15 minute drive. Highly recommend!!!

Not this hotel again.

The room had the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard. It woke us every time it turned on and off. It cooled the room but at what expense. Bathroom cofiguration was weird. Step beind the toilet to enter the shower please. The sink had a crack and the fixtures were moving all over the place. Not a repeat guest I can assure you.

Thank you for your feedback. I will personally review it with our maintenance team and take corrective action. I am not sure what room you were in but I do not recall having any rooms in the hotel where one would have to step behind the toilet to enter the shower.
