Not as nice as we expected

We expected a nicer hotel, considering the Hilton name and nightly rate. However, the hotel was not maintained very well. The floors in the bathroom weren't very clean. The edges of the pool were very dirty, and even the outside sitting area hadn't been swept in a long time. We will stay somewhere else the next time we're in Springfield

All staff was excellent, clean rooms. The breakfast was great! We went for the fair and Lincoln home and both within 15 minute drive. Highly recommend!!!

Springfield

Cons: Hot tub could have jets
Location: Lots of Mueseums and great food.
The staff was very kind and helpful. They recommended great restaurants to eat and even printed off directions. One place was very difficult to find. They also went out of their way and shrink wrapped a package for us so that it would not get wet. I never experienced such great service and kindness from hotel staff before.

Perfect hotel for a trip to Springfield

A relaxing, active but quiet hotel . The staff was excellent , kind and knowledgeable . Easy to access.... the shared space in the lobby and eating area was really pleasant as was an outside seating area! Well done!

Quick overnight stay

The staff here is wonderful. The breakfast was well worth the price! Everyone was so accommodating to our needs. We will stay again if need be.

A little disappointed

I was a little disappointed that we got the whirlpool room and not all of the jets worked so we couldn't relax and watch television as I had hoped. Other than that my stay was great

Thank you for the feedback. The jet nozzles that were no functioning have been repaired by our maintenance team and we have checked all whirlpools throughout the hotel for proper function. Thank you for staying with us!

Definitley paid more than it was worth. Beds not very comfortable. Our room was right above the pool so we heard big machines running all night very loud! We will be going back to Springfield but won't be staying there.

Thank you for the feedback. Our maintenance team has checked the pump room and replaced a faulty bearing in one of the pumps resulting in a significant reduction in noise. Our beds are adjustable and I recently realized that the notes for adjusting the beds were not in all of the rooms. We have rectified this as well.
