Bad Night in Springfield

Hotel website is misleading - said breakfast available (yes, for $10 each). When looking for a place to stay, we chose the Hilton because it had a pool - we wanted to swim that night. AFTER we checked in, we discovered the pool was closed (for maintenance). That should have been told to us up front. The room temp was inconsistent - too hot, then too cold. When I informed the front desk of our disappointment, they didn't appear to interested. We were very disappointed with our stay and definitely would NOT stay there again.

On behalf of the staff at The Hilton Garden Inn I would like to apologize for falling short during your stay with us. Unfortunately we did have to put the pool out on maintenance unexpectedly and apologize for inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope to see you again in the future.
