We had an enjoyable stay. We had gone done to get dinner right at the bar in the lobby. Our bartender and hostess was super friendly and just went above and beyond. Peggy was AMAZING! We had a really fun Saturday night right at the hotel and met wonderful new people at the bar area. The hotel room was just average and could use some cleaning and updating but the rest of the areas were fine and the staff was awesome
We traveled into town for Thanksgiving and stayed at this hotel. Great location and close to so many places to explore and eat. We will stay here again.
We stayed here during an unexpected bit of winter weather traveling home from a paddle racing event. The front desk staff kindly offered to let us store my surfski in an unused conference room overnight, lest the tie-downs freeze solid and delay our departure the next morning. The room and facility was immaculately clean. The bathroom was showing its age a bit but nothing that would prevent a reasonable person from enjoying their stay and being comfortable here. The bed was particularly good.
It hadnt stayed at a Hilton in a long while. We chose this location for the EV charging, but everything else was great as well. Room comfortable and clean. Restaurant food was outstanding, my qife and I enjoyed a cocktail from the bar as well. Very nice stay.

The front desk gentleman that was working Friday night 8-11-2023 was very rude and not helpful at all. He was condescending and just not nice. I have stayed here many times over the past few years for work and have never been treated this way before. Something needs to change.

carpet was pretty dirty and sink did not drain properly, it took way to long.

It was a great stay. The two ladies as the front desk on Saturday July 22 were especially helpful and friendly. They did an awesome job.

My husband is a coffee drinker in the morning and wish we had known there was complimentary coffee in the lobby. The water in the room wasn’t free so we weren’t sure we could use the Keurig in the room.

The waters do cost if you are not a Hilton Honors member, I know previous guests have used the cups to get tap water for the Keurig. Very unfortunate start, room a complete mess, beds slept in. Gave a feeling of lack of hygiene, safety, security right out of the gate. Rest of the stay was ok, but tone was set.

First visit weeks ago was excellent, resulting in our patronage on this subsequent trip. Unfortunately this time the front desk staff was rude, checkin was delayed past 3pm due to our room not being prepared, and when we went to our room, the room prep seemed spotty. Hopefully this was a one-off experience.
