Very Nice Hotel

Very happy with our experience! Close to metro with free shuttle to take yoi and pick up. Free hot breakfast and dinner along with wine and beer. Bar and restaurant available as well. Very personable staff. Room was very clean and classy. Stocked kitchenette.

Big room

Room is big, with separate spaces for the bedroom as well as sofa bed and kitchen. During the afternoon, the front desk gave us coupons for free glasses of wine and cocktail food - this event was a pleasant surprise. For breakfast, the only not good part was the bacon. It tasted like not real bacon. They should just serve sausages if they wanted to save money instead of fake bacon.

Ok but not great

Common areas of the hotel were clean and well lit. Ample parking Free breakfast was standard The room is where this hotel really failed. 1) dirty glasses in the window seal 2) beds did not look as if they were freshly made 3) air conditioning in the bedroom was not working 4) window was left open- flies and such Evident that whom ever cleaned the room prior to my stay was in a rush. I normally stay at the Westin maybe I should continue that practice.

Pros: Kitchen in the room with microwave and dishwasher and dishes
Cons: Breakfast can be improved and made vegetarian friendly
Loved the facilities, kitchen (with microwave, dishes, cups, glasses, dishwasher, kitchen counter), ambience, etc

Went to another hotel

Left after being given two dirty rooms--first room was dirty-hair on toilet, toothpaste in sink, carpets stained. Second room was even worse carpet looked like someone spilled koolaid while working on a car engine and the bed was messed up and bedskirt half hanging off the bed with stains. Disgusting! And what is worse we stayed here 3 years ago and it WAS beautiful!

Loved our family stay

The hotel is wonderful! Kevin and Kim at the front desk were so personable. Breakfast is great! The room was very comfortable. Did not like the location however. Not much to offer and too congested.

Great place to stay!

Pros: --Very clean, up-to-date room --Friendly and helpful staff --Convenient location --Excellent price for the quality and size of rooms Cons: --Breakfast area is small for the volume of guests, it was difficult to get in to get food and finding a seat was difficult at times. --We stayed two nights and housekeeping never came to change towels/make up room. Sheets for the pull-out sofa were stored in plastic and were still damp. I did not notify the hotel staff about the housekeeping comment, just used a different sheet and asked for more towels (which they brought to the room within 5 minutes--so good recovery). All-in-all we had a good experience, I would recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Perfect location

Excellent! Location was perfect. Close to subway to travel into D.C. Plenty of restaurants. Mall and theater was about 5 minutes away. I will definitely stay there again.
