Fantastic Hotel with Great Customer Service

Pros: Friendly
Cons: Nothing
Location: Springfield, MO tons of activities & free things to do on weekends
They staff were so friendly & helpful with whatever request we made. Security guard walking around 24/6 made you feel safe. The Breakfast was laid out just like a buffet with a waitress to also help you with your meal.

Over rated hotel!

Cons: TV
Location: Location stinks, you really have to know where it is to get there.
Front desk attendant gave us the wrong directions to our room, not a big deal cuz I can read signs but c'mon! Rooms are poorly lit and outdated. Seriously it's 2012 where's the flat screen and wall plug-ins. When you have to unplug the lights to plug in ur phone there's a problem. There is NO drive way!

Pros: Sports club and the hotel staff.
Cons: Small vanities in bathrooms and the worst TV set I have ever seen in a hotel.
Location: Nice location with easy access to shopping and restaurants
Staff is outstanding. Very courteous and eager to help. Hotel is old and in need of updating. TV's are a joke. Our picture was out of focus and very poor quality. Very old. There are plenty of concession machines. The sports club is nice and the staff was great. Breakfast is below par with other continental breakfasts. It would be easy to improve with a choice of meats at breakfast and a pancake and waffle machine. The beds were very comfortable but the bathrooms were too small. There was not enough room on the vanity for both of our toiletry items. There was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Access to the hotel is a little tricky but there are are many nice restaurants within one block. This could easily be a 3 star hotel with some updating, new TV sets and bathroom updates. It is adequate for a one or two night stay and it should be priced around $40 a night. I will probably stay there again if I am passing through town.

Great Price

Location: a little difficult to find, sign in front is for the Bar. There is a sign on the right but the hotel is on the left on the service road.
At first room had a musty odor but that disappeared after running the ac. Bed & linens were wonderful. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was basic....scrambled eggs, cheap ham, french toast..etc. When checking out he said I couldn't have a receipt because I had reserved online.....just hoping there aren't any hidden fees on my credit card when I get home. Overall a good hotel for the price.

Not impressed

Told we couldn't check in until 3 p.m. Then we were told at 3 p.m., that it would be another 30 minutes. Once room was finally ready, we spent the next 20 minutes trying to find our room. Very confusing layout. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Although the workers were very friendly and helpful.

horrible experience

The hotel was nothing like it was advertised. It really wasn't very clean and not very the note on the bed they will only change your sheets every 3 days was very tacky.
