Unsatisfying Customer Service

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Almost everything but definitely the customer service
Location: No man's land, nothing to do anywhere
General experience was very average as a whole, neither good nor bad. One VERY major issue. I called prior to leaving home to confirm a crib for my infant and was told it would not be an issue and would be placed in my room when I arrived. Was told when I arrived however that there were in fact no cribs, and that nothing could or would be done about it and no manager was available to even speak to me. Had no choice but to go and purchase one for $70 at a Walmart 20 minutes away. When I went to speak to a manager at checkout they told me it's too bad on me, they don't guarantee cribs and refused to do anything to reimburse me for my cost.

Beautiful rooms late check out perfect

I stood one night with a friend. We feel that the room was perfect for us. And when checking out it was by noon so we didnt feel rushed to leave

I'm a traveling salesman for the last 52 yrs,so trust me when I say I've seen and been to them all,there are hotels and motels out there I wouldn't let my dog stay there ,on the other side of the coin you have like home and sometimes better conditions,Laquita is one of them,it's the hotel you want to take your better half lol .Just stay one time you won't go anywhere else

Quiet, convenient, clean room and good breakfast. Swimming pool is ok, but wish there is a hot tub.

Nice hotel for it's purpose

The hotel is standard fare but you will get a comfortable nights stay, really great breakfast fare and standard amenities. Great coffee served all day. I was pleasantly surprised.

Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to where we were going and far enough away from traffic.

Good Place.

Pros: Breakfast was actually hot food that was good. Staff at front desk was very helpful.
Location: Location was near expressway but was not noisy. Plenty of good parking by door. We visited the Springfield Armory.
Stayed there on a visit to Springfield Armory. Hotel was good and we'd stay there again. This was our first experience with this hotel brand and we were pleased.
