Easy check in, Clean room, and comfortable bed. Breakfast hours are longer that the normal which we found very convenient.

Had to sleep on the floor, room not available.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds via Expedia and showed up with family of four at the check-in counter at about 10pm. I had my Expedia receipt in my hand. It took about 20 minutes for the clerk to check me in (he was constantly discussing something with his coworker in Spanish, I guess he did not know how to handle the situation) , and after he finally have me the key cards I was told that the hotel was overbooked and my room, that I already paid for, was not available. I was told I have to stay in the smaller room with only one bed and miniature bathroom. I wanted to talk to the manger, but he was not there. Since I was with my children and wife, it was very late and I had to sleep somewhere, we took what they gave us and I ended up sleeping on the floor, and my wife and 2 kids in one bed. There was more upset people like us at check-in, I've seen another couple told that that their room was also not available due to overbooking. Never again will I use this hotel.

Overall it was a nice stay, the front desk staff was not the friendliness but my group didn't let that bother us. The other guest were a bit loud and there was one peraon that said she lived there that woated by her door to tell us she had work in the morning so we should be quite -- this happened right after we checked in and got to our room.
