Flea-infested! Slamming doors at 2:00 in the morning. Bathroom door does not shut. Empty toilet paper roll on holder. Receptionist was very pleasant at check-in.

Yikes. I travel a lot and have never stayed at a hotel that felt so dilapidated. The staff was really friendly and helpful. But the condition of the bulding, the rooms, and the SMELLS! Yikes! I had to ask for a new room because the first one smelled so bad. The second room was slightly better...bearable but still. The room was only partially serviced before i checked in. The bed sheets and towels were changed, but the carpet was dirty, there was food left in the mini firdge, and there was a floss pick left in the bathroom. The condition of the buidling itself was pretty worn down..understandable if they are trying to raise the budget for renovations. It definitely needs help. It's in a great locations, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I hope they get the renovations done sooner than later.

The location itself was ok...close to restaurants. And abut 5 minutes to Missouri State Univ. The entire hotel needs upgrading. It was a fine for we needed. Only stay for short durations.

You get what you pay for

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was dated and the a/c unit was mangled but it worked. Definitely a no frills hotel. Very close to hospital so everytime an ambulance went through you heard it. Also on a very busy intersection. If you want a quiet hotel this is not for you.

The staff at this facility was amazing! I was a little cranky coming in because is was so late. The staff handled my cranky very graciously. The next morning when i apologized they were very accepting of my apology. The hotel itself you can tell was very nice but has seen better days. Overall a great experience!!!!

Sadly disappointed!!!!

The staff was friendly. Room was old and could have used remodeling. The room had everything we needed, but the smoke detector was missing. The carpet felt like it was matted down with dirt. The next morning after a storm went thru we understood maybe why. My husband got out of bed to be standing in water between the outside wall and his side of the bed. Was there just one night wish we had booked somewhere else. Probably ok for a quick trip and a room above the first floor.
