All our needs anticipated!

Posted Nov 16, 2016
Location: We stayed here while attending the Equine Affaire at the Eastern States Expo.
The rooms were comfortable and decorated beautifully. The best part of our stay was the thoughtful attention to our every need.

Home Away From Home

Posted Nov 2, 2016
Pros: I loved walking barefoot to breakfast downstairs where Sean made the best breakfast ever just for me! French Presses in each room! Super cozy and old school. Came past check-in and was totally accommodated.
Cons: I think maybe the only flaw was that it was a bit noisy since it's in center of town across from a hospital, but I lived in NYC so no big deal.

The breakfast half of B and B was lacking

Posted Oct 24, 2016
We have stayed at many types of B and Bs as well as Inns, and we were disapppointed with the breakfast, which was served on a grand piano with a counter around the perimeter and barstools. This was a cool way to use a piano, but the room is too small and awkwardly laid out. The silverware (in a tray from a kitchen drawer), dishes and glasses were laid out on top of the piano, with no doilies or towels and it looked unsanitary. The 1st day a young man cooked some delicious eggs and bacon, but the rest of the meal was self service. Bread, butter, maple syrup, etc was left out in the full size costco packaging along with some open boxes of cereal. The 2nd morning a very nice young man tried to cook eggs ..... a new box of cereal was poured on top of older cereal in a big glass jar on top of the piano. It was not possible to reach this jar or use the toaster when other guests were sitting at the piano. The young women, which I think was Naomi, looked as if she just stepped out of bed in her sweats and socks taming her uncombed hair as she handled the food. I saw responses to these types of complaints that were answered defensively. These types of things do not cost money to correct, oranganizing the area and keeping food in proper containers for service is a matter of time and effort.

Uriges kleines b&b

Posted Oct 8, 2016

We only stayed one night, but we really felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and Quinn was so friendly and welcoming. The room was really comfortable, and we had a great time. We'll definitely stay here again!

Home away from home!

Posted Aug 1, 2016 on Hotels
We chose Naomi's B&B because of proximity to Bay State Medical Center. My husband was scheduled to have an outpatient surgery Mon morning. We booked from Sun night to Tues afternoon due to his post-op appointment. They easily accommodated our request for late departure, provided a coffee maker in the room, access to a refrigerator and microwave, and a hearty breakfast spread available throughout the day and night. We arrived late Sun night and found easy keypad access to the main entrance and our room. We were a bit apprehensive about being away from home but Naomi's decor is aesthetically pleasant, homey and comfortable! The best ever homemade cheesecake greeted us after surgery! I was also pleased with their Internet speed since I work online. Unfortunately my husband fainted later that night and I called 911. With nine first responders in our room I was mortified at disturbing the other guests but the owner; Marcy, reassured that everything was OK. When my husband was admitted to the hospital, the close proximity of Naomi’s (literally across the street) allowed me to go back and forth for food, shower, etc. Each time I was by greeted by Marcy and Quinn (works at the B&B) as if my husband and I were family members. Their concern was really moving to us. They texted us a couple of times asking how he was doing, extended our stay, and accommodated us in a more accessible room. We can’t be more thankful and pleased for their hospitality and kindness! Claudia and Richard

Amazing stay

We had the best experience at Naomi's Inn! The hostesses were extremely attentive and very hospitable. The breakfasts were delicious and very generously portioned. Our room (Asian Flair) was cosy and very comfortable. We can't wait to go back! Thank you M & M! See you again!
