Booked a two bed room, was put in a one bed room. Asked for change and they put us in a room that was occupied. Another trip to the front desk and then they put us in a room that was not made up....dirty sheets and towels. Another trip to the front desk and one of the front desk people made up the room. 1 1/2 hours to check in. Motel 6 is half the cost with breakfast....that’s right at $140 a night they couldn’t even give us a bowl of cereal. Was expecting some sort of comp at check out but nothing. Just terrible.

The room had not been cleaned when we got there the toilet had feces and urine still in it, air conditioner did not work, bedding was stained, coffee pot did not work, nor did 2 of the electrical outlets. Called front desk to have them address these issues with no results after 45 minutes so I went to the front desk to complain and the girl said we don’t have any housekeepers in. I ended up going to the store and buy cleaners to clean the room with after paying $124.00 for 1 night. Will never go there again so I rate them the worst place ever.......

Place was a dump bad service and didn't even get fresh towels our 2nd day

Hotel with nice pool

The hotel itself was ok. The pool amd game area was nice. Our room was the problem. They had forgotten to clean the bathroom. The old soap was there with hair on it and hair all over the bathroom . When we told the staff they basically just said sorry with no offer to come clean it. Our kids enjoyed the hotel. It was a little inconvenient to not be able to check in until 4:00. Other hotels have let us check in early but here it was no without even seeing if the room was ready. So basically my review is it was okay with some good and some bad.

EXCELLENT POOL

WE GO FREQUENTLY TO STAY. WE LOVE THE HEATED POOL AND THE HOT TUB!!! THEY HAVE A NICE GAME ROOM, BUT THE WORK OUT ROOM DEFINITELY NEEDS SOME UPDATED EQUIPMENT. ONE TREADMILL THAT WORKED, BUT WIRING WAS EXPOSED. ONE STATIONARY BIKE WITH NO DIGITAL DISPLAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WORK OUT ROOM, BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

The only I didn't like about hotel is the ice machines didn't work and no frig in room other than that the hotel is full of great things to do a lot of options I will definitely be back

Dont do it

I had reserved this hotel for 3 nights for my sons 13th birthday. Check in was ok. Went to room all.seemed fine. Went swimming in the pool, came back to room, no heat. Call front desk and said maintence is gone. Ok, maybe will be ok. So next day, again go swimming, then go back to room, key not working. Find out that some kids were running around all.the doors with their key cards sticking them in the doors causing them to lock. Takes almost 30 minutes to get another key, with me and my kids sitting in front of door, daughter crying. Maintence and a clerk come by and say nothing, dont say hey do you need in your.room. Nope just keep going. So.day 3, son goes to play games, they dont work. So we go swimming, hot tub is flooding into the pool and a party of about 25 kids and their rude parents who dont look like their staying in the hotel demand the pool to themselves. Ok I'm done, I tell my husband were leaving. We go to check out, the clerk didnt even ask what was wrong she just said ok bye. I ask for a refund for the night to which she happily says no. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had thus far.

Older rooms. But employees and lounge make up for it. They need fridge/micro intoom. That’s crazy!
