Awful place

Staff was extremely rude and was texting on phone and as he told me he would be with me soon. He was also cussing while talking with other staff at front desk. Had to go to front desk 3x to get our key cards to work. Out room smelled of smoke even though non smoking. Asked for a queen bed on registration and repeated when checked in. Arrived to room and it was 2 double beds and staff said since we were already in there we should just keep it. Beds were not comfy and room was definitely out rated and not very clean.

Pros: Location
Cons: Fix it up. Need a maintenance man.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to highway.
Maintenance needed --- 4 broken items needing repair

Old but clean

Pros: Well located.
Cons: More comfortable chairs in the room so you have somewhere to sit while watching t.v. other than the bed.
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy trip to downtown Springfield where there is a lot of things to see regarding President Lincoln's life.
Not as new as it appeared in the pictures online but it was clean and staff was nice and helpful.
