As soon as you walked in paint was peeling off the walls and missing trim. Carpet was filthy, elevator was filthy. Walking to room on third floor every other door was removed from the rooms carpet was filthy and trashed. Enter room floor and walls were same way. Wife tried to use hair dryer and it wasn’t operational. Tried calling front desk and phone was inoperable. Went to front desk and asked for replacement and first person said none available so got another employee and was finally able to get one to use.

First, I was charged for my stay before I even got to the property. The room we were given was subpar and needs to be remodeled. The doors were all scratched up. The bathroom door was hard to close. The shower needed to be recalled and there were ants in the shower daily. There were only three big towels in the room. When we asked for face cloths and hand towels we were questioned about what was in our room. The internet did not work and when I advised I couldn’t connect I was stood down that it was working until another staff member came up and said it was being worked on. Mind you I never saw anybody there working on it. Do not stay at this hotel.

The morning manager was very helpful, but the hotel in general is very run down and needs work. The shower head was leaking and when tried to shower the shower was spraying the ceiling.

Unfortunately I cannot give this property a good review. The room that we stayed in, 216, had a broken toilet seat, and the back part of the toilet was dirty, which I hoped was just dust from the air vents, but not sure. When we arrived, the room smelled like it had been sprayed with body spray, but by the first night we noticed an unpleasant odor in the room that persisted for the rest of our stay. Otherwise the hotel was fine, although clearly going through some renovations.

There was ice on the driveway leading up to and including the entrance area due to snow melt and refreeze. Ice melt should have been put out right away....it was finally put on maybe Sunday.

try it, it wasn't bad
So check in great, nice young man. Card didn't work to get in but went back and young man realized what he did and apologized. You could tell they are trying to do a up keep, room was clean but they needed to do some painting and fixing of wall paper in halls. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was just ok

Young man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. There was a little wait on the reservation to come through from Hotels.com but he went ahead and let me know all the details on the room and breakfast while we waited.

It was a fine place to stay but was a little run down. Television did not work. Even though it was a non smoking room the whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed.

Worst hotel
Everything in the room is from 1980s. Carpets are old as hell and very dirty. Bedding smells damp and the furnitures are dusty. Ceilings are trying to fall off at some places. Restroom smells bad and dirty. I had a kid who felt exhausted whole night and didn't sleep and cried to go out. We smelled weed at the parking and cigarette in the hallway just outside our room. Overall experience is horrible for spending $87 a night. If you are amazed with the photos and ignore the past negative reviews then you are more than welcome to check this place out. This property needs a serious remodeling and room upgrades.

The place smelled musty and Smokey. As soon as I walked in the door, the smell hit me. It was like the Seinfeld BO car episode. I was afraid it would stay on my clothes. Woke up with a sore throat. Very disappointed.

We did not discover until late - the pillowtop mattress pad was wet as well as our sheet and mattress. We were tired- pulled off the mattress pad and flipped the mattress. The air conditioner was loud too.

Poorly kept dirty rooms. Shoddy repair work, previous guest smoked and they tried to clean it with an ozone machine …. Overall beds were comfortable the rest of the room and facility was horrible. I should have spent $20 extra per night for a better hotel. Would never come here again.

This was a nice comfortable bed, but had to ask for towels, no towels in room, and no trash can in bathroom. Door to bathroom went wrong way for a handicap person in a chair to shut it for themselves.

Very comparable to our previous Sleep Inn stays. Room was clean but wear and tear shows. Property needs renovation. Staff was very helpful. Facility was not nearly as nice as Buffalo and Olathe Kansas.

The room no one wanted
I think we were given the room that nobody wanted. The door lock was broken, the bathroom door lock and toilet paper holder were both broken, the shower door was hung too high so that all the water ran out on the bathroom floor, one of the lights above the sink was burned out, the top plugs around the bed had been turned off (we found the switch after rearranging our CPAPs) The toilet tended to keep running after it was flushed and it was topped off by a cricket chorus from inside the AC unit!
