booked room w/ double beds. only one bed for 5.

Location: Terrible parking
Loud traffic area. Booked a room with 2 double beds to accommodate my party of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. They gave us one king size bed and could not mice us to another room. I was not happy about the situation. Unfortunately everything was booked in the area and i was stuck . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was too far from home not to stay

Dear Ms. Hoeverman, Thank you for staying with us and for providing your feedback. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with not being able to be accommodated with two double beds as requested. I looked into your reservation and noticed and saw a request was made, but it could not be guaranteed at the time of booking. That being said, I have no idea what was communicated through the Expedia.com reservation system. I’m happy the front desk provided a roll-a-way for the evening and hope the other aspects of your stay were trouble free.

The parking deck is a challenge but the overall hotel experience was good. Likely the best hotel in Springfield.

Needs updating; sinking bed; cramped bathroom

Pros: Joyce in room service was friendly and super helpful.
Cons: Cold, unwelcoming lobby...musty hallways, tv didn't work properly- stations had static.
Stayed here for one night. When you walked in you could see how the bed was sinking in the middle; bathroom was old and shower gross.

Basic Mariott

Pros: Clean
Cons: Beds, pillows, terrible in-room coffee quality. Only 3 towels in a room booked for 4 people.
Bed was positioned 18 inches from the a/c unit, blowing right on the bed and switching on/off every 10 minutes all night long.

Pros: Front desk staff & Anna in the restaurant!
Cons: The parking garage is hard to negotiate
The staff were great (Anna in the restaurant is a gem!). But, I wasn't eligible to earn bonus Marriott reward points for declining housekeeping service for a 2 night stay because I booked through expedia and not Marriott. So, that was a bit disappointing.

Nice get away spot

Clean and close to nightlife. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking garage is a little confusing so give yourself time to figure the parking lot out.
