Nasty hotel

This hotel has Bed Bugs and Roaches and the hotel tried to double charge me even after expedia took its payment. The manager was rude and very unprofessional.

Pros: breakfast, the room itself
Location: We toured the Lincoln tomb and the Abraham Lincoln Museum and Library. There was more to see but we were on a schedule.
We are new to motels and travel by car; it is a big learning curve for us who are used to traveling in an RV with our own kitchen, bathroom and bed. The quality of motels varies even from city to city, even for the same chain. What a pleasant surprise to discover this one!

The surrounding and the hotel looks sad and run down, but the room was like a 4star. Breakfast was simple.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Elevator did not work. Bathroom ceiling leaking water. Radio did not work forgot wake up call. stinks terrible. worst hotel ever

It wasn't the motel's fault there was no TV because it was stormy and Dish Network + storms - nothing!

Hotel in need of repairs

Pros: The continental breakfast was ok.
Cons: The security into the hotel could be improved. The back door entrance could be made available by room key.
Location: The location was good. I liked the access to the freeway.
My first room was no cleaned up, so they moved me to a different room. The 2nd room had a big bubble on the ceiling in the bathroom that was about ready to explode. Water had to be from the floor above. Water was slowly dripping out of the light fixture. I reported it twice to the staff at the main desk, but they did not seemed to concerned. The back door into the hotel had no lock on it and was accessible 24 hours.

The smoke detector detached from the wall in the middle of the night and the bathroom was not very clean.

Hotel staff is very hard to understand, training

Pros: Comfort and amenities of the room.
Cons: Get coffee for the morning..... and don't run out!
Location: Good location, but parking is tight.
Excellent. Good price and comfortable. NO COFFEE in the morning..... how can you run out of coffee. Other than that, it is a great place to stay for a quick overnighter. Just have the coffee issue fixed! EVERY customer was complaining about having to go out for a simple cup of Joe.
