Everything is fine, but the pool need clean every day. They never treated the pool water and it was very dirty. My last day was very sad because we couldn't use the pool due to lack of maintenance

Tru by Hilton is always on the top of my search list, wherever I travel. I’ve always experienced great value, professional staff, & cleanliness. Traveling to a new place can be nerve wracking so I specifically look for Tru, especially during solo travel trips. Also family friendly & great decor!

We stay here as a 1/2 way point for our travels to NY. It's easy, the staff is always kind, and we were able to walk to dinner. There are a few options within walking distance and more options if you drive.

Breathtaking
I was extremely impressed how beautiful the decor was inside of this hotel. It smelled amazing throughout the entire place. The staff was absolutely fantastic and I will definitely be coming back again.

Have zero complaints about the Hotel. Breakfast was so so, but it is what is expected of hotels like this. Would stay again. We had no problem with noise as others claim.

A syrupy disappointment
Tru was like a cake with way too much icing. Lots of flash and Disney like features, but fell down in the fundamentals of comfort and tranquility. I would not stay here again, nor recommend it.

Pretty nice little hotel
Reception staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, understanding. Breakfast was good, nice choices, excellent temperature. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complains are the walls are quite thin, could hear my neighbors talking, laughing, their tv show. Neighbors upstairs are loud, could hear them every time they walked- almost stomping sounding, all night… and the temperature in the room was hard to control. Hot or cold, no middle ground. Noise levels and no good temperature made it difficult sleep. Every thing else was excellent and I would definitely stay here again, just bring earplugs and an extra blanket next time!

Staff was very nice. Professional, yet friendly. The room was very clean. I like that the floors are not carpeted. Much easier to keep clean. Comfortable beds. GREAT Indian restaurant just feet away. Other fast food/ chain options and shopping just across the road. Not far from orher dining options by car. will he staying again as we have family in the area we visit frequently. Ih ans the breajdast and CoOFFEE are very good.

My sister stayed with me and she wanted to share that she called the front desk for an extra pillow and blanket and they were brought up very timely and the employees were very nice. The room was clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The breakfast was very good.
