Convenient stay near Eugene

Posted Nov 19, 2017
We have stayed here before. Unfortunately this time We specifically asked for a wheelchair accessible room and bath and when we arrived there was no such room. The room we stay in did have a wide door but not very convenient for a scooter. They did not have our reservation despite AARP Expedia calling to reinforce the accessibility need. They did reimburse us $25 for the inconvenience. The restaurant that was next door is closed

Cozy

Wonderful staff checked us in quickly and efficiently. We walked into our room and it was already nice and toasty. Quiet area also felt safe to leave belongings in the car.

I absolutely adore this place.

Posted Nov 2, 2017
Danielle and Daniel are some of the sweetest front desk associates (both managers), I’ve ever encountered. I would most definitely refer anyone to this hotel for a number of reasons. It is very cozy, clean, and had a great location. The staff is very accommodating of my disabilities, which I can’t say how much this means to me! Thank you so much you guys! Some specifics, I’ve been staying there for a few weeks in transition to getting into my new apartment, and I’ve been experiencing some dental pain because I’m about to get some work done, Danielle not only shared info on some really helpful products but actually made a list of helpful things to share to help my situation, and let me tell you-it helped! Daniel took the time to come and change my bathroom light that went out today himself, because the maintenance guy was already gone, these people really know how to treat guests. Thanks so much for not only giving me an incredible stay last time, but this time as well! I will always stay here when I need to as long as you are both employed here!! ❤️❤️❤️ Warmly, Amber

This hotel use to be a 4 star. Needs updating.

Posted Oct 11, 2017
Pros: The front desk staff who was a student at the University of Oregon
Cons: The rooms need updating.
Location: Location is great with quick access to the freeways
Front desk experience was excellent. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. However, the carpet is old and stained, the tv's are small. The bathroom appears to be out of the 60-70's but the water pressure is excellent. There seems to be a great re-booking following of regulars that attend all of the Oregon Duck's games.

Went to the Ducks game

Posted Oct 9, 2017
We called in the morning about an early check in before the game, they said maybe 3pm, we travelled from Bend, Oregon, got to the hotel about 2-2:30, no problem, plenty of time to check in and get to the game. Ducks lost.

Worked for what I needed

Posted Sep 19, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Update hotel.
Location: I booked here because it was close to where I needed to be.
Due to flight delays I arrived late at night. I had to be at an appointment by 9:00 am so I wasn't even at the hotel 12 hours.

Pros: We could park our motor home there in the parking lot which was very nice.
Location: We went to the Oregon Nebraska game and it was very close to autzen stadium. Go Ducks,
The staff were very freindly, and it was a older hotel, but clean.
