A night without Towels (any kind) without Soap or Rinse or Conditioner. Rooms are little noisy (Pet friendly + Kids running and playing). Price online vs Call Price are very very very differents so go online! Good Parking, Good Location a little over rated but good for emergencies.

Extreme noise from other rooms. Hotel overbooked by Expedia Manager was very nice to solve this mistake. I will never book with Expedia again.

You are overbooked I want a refund .This was part of our second honeymoon we were very disappointed almost had to sleep in our car

Expensive for not even getting free WiFi

I like that I have a stove & full size fridge, but bed is small & the room is small. The WiFi is $20 extra a week. I feel for the price I should at least get free WiFi and/or HBO.

overbooked property

I arrived there at 6pm with a confirmed reservation and they told me I didn't have a room because they had overbooked the hotel. Further they had no solution for my stay that night. Springfield had an unusually busy night that night so I had to find somewhere to stay in Joplin! The manager was nowhere to be found.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dont Bother
Had to Check out early, which they conveniently forgot to keep records of. Could not resolve this issue. Choose another hotel don't stat at this one, not helpful. Spoke with Stephanie at the front desk.

Cheap, get what you pay for. Some problems

Charge for internet. Not always on top of the accounting. Prepaid through Hotels.com but have charges considerably beyond the "internet" charges. Will likely need hotels.com to help get a refund.

Nightmear after 2 weeks hotel kicked us out due to noise. when we have a 1, 3 and 4yr old and were all sick. and they refused to refund our money!!
