5/5 based on fantastic value quality! It cost less than $100 a night for us to stay while snowmobiling in the area; Didn’t come for a fancy lodging experience. Everything was clean and functioning, and the staff were great. Hot tub was nice and hot, nearby sauna and shower were great. Plenty of parking for our trucks (and one trailer). The lot was well lit and we had a view of it from our room to keep an eye on things. Gas station with 94 octane in the same complex, as well as a cafe and beer & wine store off the lobby. Pepe’s across the street from the back door had excellent food.

Quiet and almost clean. We reached at almost 1 and the check in time was 3 but the nice person at reception arranged an already cleaned room for us before time. So this was the best part. Parking was easy and free! It’s in the main market so so the stores were around us. But less staffing so we had to go by ourselves to get the stuff from the downstairs. Ice was available free! Hot tub and washrooms were clean. Could see the mountains out of our window. We paid $312 for a night when booked a day before, though my friend got it for $250 for the same day booking. Overall, it was ok. It lies in the heart of the city so all the visiting places are within 5 to 15 kms. So, it’s a good option to stay!

This is a nice property and a nice location. Rooms are decent, front desk and lobby are nice and there are restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance. Good to stay a night or two. The only complaint I have is how noisy the walking upstairs is. Any movement in the room above can be heard downstairs and there is not much you can do about it but pray that you get the top floor room.

Was a perfect stop before we finished our journey to Whistler. Convenient to essentially anything you needed before a week on the mountain. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean, safe place with very comfortable beds. Spacious rooms and great location. Will stay there again .

Think twice.
General facility is ok. Fitnes center, sauna, hot tub are pretty good. Hallway are freezing cold. Room are clean and very run-down. Mattress are way too soft. Walls are generally hollow you can hear everything.

Hi Kuznetsov thank you for your feedback. I do hope you let the front desk know so they could fix the issue and make sure the room was up to standards. I am not sure how that is possible for housekeeping to miss that and make everything else was cleaned and fresh towels and soap. I do apologize this happened but this is the 1st time hearing about this. We take pride in our cleanliness and have a housekeeping supervisor that checks the rooms after they are done. I will Defiantly look into this and see what happened on this day. once again we do apologize

This place is a dive. Went into the first room and even with all the lights on you couldn't read anything. Then we could hear the full conversation in the room next to us. We asked to switch rooms and they tried to put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned. We ended up getting our money back and leaving. Really don't know how this has such a good rating.

Hi Jeff Thank you for your feedback. So your complaint was the lights were not bright enough. We do apologize the lights weren't bright enough for you. Some guest don't want it to bright some its not bright enough We are looking into getting lights with dimmers to try and make all our guests happy. We do apologize the room you were switched to was not made up was a very busy day for housekeeping and they marked it clean. Would of been a easy fix if you would of just gave it a chance and not gotten so upset with the staff member that was only trying to help you and wasn't her fault. We do have to remember mistakes are made and given the chance we would be happy to fix it for you We do value your feedback

Booked a 2 queen bed room but upgraded to a suite. The room was not clean. The carpet was dirty and we found pills on the floor beside the bed. The garbage bin in the room was not emptied and full. There is a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel which was very loud until late at night. They had live music and it was so loud that we could tell which songs were being played. Not cheap enough to justify the cleanliness and noise levels.

Housekeeping was good (cleaning), but property maintenance was lacking at this price point. 314 room door was aggravating to operate. We don’t believe this hotel is a good value.

We stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding and the hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room was really spacious and accommodated our family of four very well. Great dining options all around as well.

Very good location-Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking outside in front of the hotel. Helpful front desk clerks. Room is in good condition overall with the usual amenities. Minor issues: some of the bedside wall lamps were either weak or not working; need to turn on the cable box before TV can show anything; soft pillows; some rooms are a bit smelly.
