Very Disappointing

This hotel was a real disappointment. We checked in at 7.00pm and checked out at 8.30pm that very night. We had booked 2 chalet rooms. There were gecko droppings on the sheets. The room had a stale smell. The bath area did not have any lighting and it was not clean. The walls between the rooms were very thin and we could hear the baby crying in the next room and also their conversations. The towels had stains on them and it had a peculiar smell. There were also lots of mosquitoes. When we decided to check out immediately, the porters did not even help us with our baggage!

Poor Food and Service

Service was pretty poor here and the food was terrible. The rooms were fine and its relatively close to Yala National park but I would recommend seeing if there is anywhere else before you choose this.

Convenient for Yala

Pros: Location and nothing really wrong with it.
Cons: Bar is a lifeless morgue
Location: Ideal for Yala
Reasonable rooms but geared mainly to coach parties and buffet meals.

Hotel close to the Safari Park

Pros: Food was good in the restaurant, which actually surprised us.
Cons: Yes, ensure that the swimming pool is kept clean, improve the timings of the bar from 10:00pm to Midnight. Rooms need to be refurbished,
Location: The Yalla Safari was a very good experience, but you must get up early and go to the park by 06:00am, we had a great time there, saw Elephant, Lepords
The hotel images which we saw on the website didn't match that to what we actually saw when we reached the hotel, very disappointing. The rooms are not clean, hotel had only 16 guests staying there at the same time as us, the swimming pool was filthy, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. Facilities very poor, only swimming pool, Kids play area, bar & restaurant which both close at 10:00pm each night.

Great location for a safari in Yala national park

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great location for a Yala safari, 2km to Kirinda. Buffet breakfast was ok.

Nice restaurant - receptionist not helpful

The restaurant staff preparred nice food in bufet style and did take care of the customers. The hotel is charging 300 Rupi for 2 hours of Wifi. The mini bar in the room was looked. The receptionist was asked two times to open the minibar with no result. The receptonist promised to organize a jeep for a tour in the national park. The jeep was not ready in the morning. Preparring the bill needed two reminders before it was available.

Hotell nær nasjonalparken Yala

Godt hotell når man skal til nasjonalparken - et av de nærmeste hotellene. Rommet vårt var hyggelig innredet og med fint bad. Hyggelig hage med svømmebasseng. Bra buffémiddag om kvelden.

サファリをするには便利な場所だが、部屋のバストイレが汚く、残念だった。スタッフも何度もお願いしても対応してくれず、だらけている感じがした。コスパは悪いが、ロケーションはいい。
