Dirty places with alot of bugs
Worst front desk, useless staff (not helpful at all), dirty apartments, broken toilets, non fucntioninh kitchen with rodents and bugs created an eco system. Not worth the price at all.

Location was great and convenient. Uber and Pick-Me taxi service always had an issue with the location and would off-shoot, so you have to be vigilant and watch out for the cab. There is a 24 hour front desk service, so Expedia needs to update their information to indicate there is a 24 hour front desk

Pleasant surprise
Very clean, well maintained apartment block. I got a three roomed apartment and they locked up two rooms as I booked only a room. I was free to use the rest of the facilities of the apartment, which include a spacious well furnished lounge/dining room, well equiped large separate kitchen and a balcony. The room had a large exceptionally clean ensuite. They provide large bath towels and all other toiletries. The lounge and bedrooms are air-conditioned and also has fans. They also provide fast wifi, TV and phone. You pay extra for a buffet breakfast and the building also has a large swimming pool on the topmost floor with a good view of the sea and the busy Colombo harbour. The staff are friendly and helpful. This facility is value for money and I ended up staying three nights there. I will be booking the same hotel in future visits to Colombo. The apartments are quite suitable for a family or group bookings. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very problematic staffs
I have stayed here few times. Every time i have to face some sort of problems during my stay. At last ive decided not to stay as the staffs are unable to solve any problems faced to the gues. The staffs are unethical and try to give false information when they have problems with the rooms. Poorly maintained and always ends up with some sort of problems. In most cases hotel managers relocate rooms when there is a maintenance problem. However, expedia helped me and compensated the difficulties ive faced during my stay.

Good Hotel at convenient location
This nice hotel is situated on Galle road and it is very continent location for all amenities. Staff members are very polite & rooms were clean and tidy. All the equipment provided was in good working order.

We will stay here again.
A great spacious apartment for a family of 4. Great option with the laundry too to catchup on washing. Beds are comfortable and showers are good. Only one issue is the street noise. We were facing the main road and it was incredibly loud. Swimming pool is great too! Room service food was good and the staff are very helpeful and friendly. We will stay here again.

Great rates for groups
Stayed one night with just my partner and would've gotten a much nicer place for the same cost. We then stayed a week with 6 people and the price was unbeatable for a serviced apartment. If you're travelling in a group this is really cost friendly. Staff, cleanliness and amenities were all good but not amazing.

Decent but not worth the price in anyway
I stayed here for 13 nights. It was pleasant stay but a tad expensive for what was on for offer. Will I recommend to someone? Not at the price charged. Had issues with the wifi. When booked it stated that the rooms will come with a kitchen and cooking amenities but didn't find any. The water coolant machine wasn't working, complained about this from day 1 but issue was not sorted. The receptionist wasn't to happy that I had asked for the deposit back when leaving. No smile or thank you courtesy when leaving. Would I recommend yes @£30 a night but not at £100 a night.

Half-decent accommodation with a nice view from the rooftop (including the restaurant and pool). Almost completely lacking in charm except for the bustle of the predominantly Muslim neighborhood, including a mosque two doors down and halal restaurants.

Nice hotel!
This a nice hotel with an amazing view! The staff was super friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage for free while we went on a quick trip to Kandy. Rooms are clean and the room service good was good. The hotel rooms were like an apartment style. We had two rooms, with two full baths. , washer, kitchen, living room and dinning room and it was great!!

I have stayed at the Supun Residence a number times of before and have enjoyed my previous stays there, however this has been the total opposite. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we wanted to take a shower after our long flight, but this was not possible as there were no hair dryers in the room. We specifically mentioned this in our hotel request, but clearly wasn't followed through. Being a self catering apartment we expected to there to be a working fridge and ample pots & pans for cooking. However the fridge would constantly freeze items rather than cool them, despite maintenance being called a number of times to fix this. There were also no pots & pans to cook with. The room clearly was not ready before we checked in.

Excellent, well maintained apartments!
We went as a huge group of 8 adults and 6 toddlers - booked two 3 BR apartments next to each other and had the best time ever. Apartments were maintained in excellent condition, location was perfect, breakfast buffet was to die for! May plan another trip to Colombo just to stay at Supun Arcade one more time :)

This is our second visit. Stayed 18 days in April and 15 days in September 2015. We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dinesh the manager for going out of his way to ensure that everything ran smoothly for us, the staff at the reception, Fazal and Prabuddha and the staff on duty, Rajendra, Salinda and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job to look after us. We will recommend Supun for any family wishing to stay comfortably in Colombo. All facilities are in excellent working conditions. From Ranga, Ishari and Amaya De Silva from Melbourne.

The apartments are large, and great when traveling in a group. Unfortunately, the entire apartment had a mite problem, and we had to switch rooms. We even switched apartments, and still had the same issue. The staff was very accommodating considering the issues, but I would recommend not to bring ANY type of food into these rooms. Even packaged food attracted these little creatures. They could do a better job at spraying and cleaning the apartments.

Nice place to return to after a long day out.
Check in/Check out was easy and painless. Staff courteous and helpful.The room, an apartment, was very nice. When we arrived there were one or two things that didnt work, the kettle, a light-bulb, etc but a simple call to reception and everything was put right - quickly and without fuss. The rooftop pool is very nice but some of the small tiles surrounding the pool and on the pool floor have broken away creating sharp edges. We were glad we didn't have children with us. The rooftop pool does not have any shaded area and this meant we could not use it for long periods during the day. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen well appointed and more than adequate for a short or long stay. We only used it for refreshments and breakfast, taking advantage of Colombo's excellent choice of restaurants. All in all, an excellent choice and I will stay at Supun Arcade Residency again.

I've been visiting Colombo since the last over decade and have stayed in almost every good hotel until last time when a friend recommended Supun ..... best thing is its very spacious staff very friendly and the pool at the 9th floor is out of this world ..... resturant needs a lot of improvement but if you are intending to stau for a weeks time it's better to stay at these appartment instead of staying in a crampy hotel room

We went to Columbo for the cricket. Unfortunately England lost both games. But we loved the hotel. The only problem was that there was not a lot of items to use in the kitchen. However the apartment was cleaned every day by very friendly staff. We had a great time and would use the hotel again if we went back there. Be careful at this time of year as we did have a lot of rain. When it rains it rains
