Over priced, and a disappointing experience

Cons: Everything can be improved
The hotel staff had no clue that we have booked. The rooms and facilities are not worth the money we have paid. We felt fleeced. The TV not working, the breakfast buffet was a let down with very few options. No fruits or juice. Second day there was not even cornflakes. No place to sit in the restaurant. We were asked to take a plate and eat in the lobby!! It was like a bazar with overbooked rooms, from mass bookings. And we felt high and dry.! The staff seem to be ok and the rooms are alrite but definitely overpriced. The target customer seem to be those of budget travelers through package tours. Better you stay out of this hotel

Very bad experince

No facilty even no heater in. -6 degree managre was not their and staf said we cant provide heater
