Out in middle of nowhere.

Heated pool was not really.Lobby and halls smelled musty. Breakfast was ok.

Disappointment plus

Actually we opted not to stay at the hotel. This location has not upheld the standards that we have experienced in the past. Very disappointed.

Stop over

For us, it was a last minute decision. Coming from Nova Scotia, it was ok to stop at that hotel overnight. Although I didn't remember reserving online for that price... all together it was quite pricey but we had no choice really...

Ok for 1 night if few option available

Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was poor. Location was good for the highway but the area itself was not particularly desirable. Not good value for money for the price we paid

Quality Inn - Grand Falls, NB

Pros: Easy access to/from the highway. Also easy access into Grand Falls.
Cons: An elevator should be installed for those staying on the 2nd floor; Rooms are quite dated; Wi-Fi is ok for email.
Location: It is close to the town of Grand Falls.
The hotel is somewhat dated. It also has older cabins that surround a large pond with ducks.

VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FALSE PUBLICITY

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything has to be improved
Location: There was nothing to do nearby. no more boat expedition to do to see Gran falls.
The staff was not friendly at all... the picture on your website showed a nice hotel beside a lake... It was not a lake, it was a very small area of water, a fake little water spot... When i told the staff about it, they laugh at me and they said, it was not their fault. They were very annoyed by my comment and stoped talking to me... i wanted to pay cash but they charged my credit card over the night at 2am in the morning and they put the invoice under my door during the night... I needed money on my credit card because i was going in another hotel but that was too late. When i told them about it, they said it was like this and that's it! The hotel buffet was little and it didn't looks good. My children didn't even want to have their breakfast over there do we left. The pool was dirty and the spa wasn't working. There was no water in it. No one was checking on the pool... In the room, to get the Ac ON, we had to climb on a chair to start it....

Meh hotel

Older priperty, clean but not that attractive-lobby is nice helpful and friendly staff. Hard working, eager to accommodate. A real issue was the breakfast. You are issued a 5.00 coupon to the attached coffee shop and they were not at all equipped or capable of handling a large crowd-both food and coffee were terrible and the service was worse. Need a total overhaul of this system-very disappointed
