Nice Hotel, Close to Activities & Beach

Pros: Clean and neat.
Cons: Additional stairwell from 2nd floor to ground floor.
Close to St. Augustine's Historic district and very close to beach. Family friendly activities near by - enjoyed the miniature golf especially. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable of activities.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Convenience
Cons: My room was from looks, recently renovated. It was sad to see the fresh paint in bathroom streaking from stream of showers because there was no vent
Location: Best Location - Things to do??? EVERYTHING!
Great price, clean and very convenient (15 minutes) to ALL the sites/parks/town and the beach is a beautiful short Hammock nature walk right across the street. SWEEEEET!!! Was a little to chilly to use the small pool but who cares with this location.

Nice hotel near the beach

Pros: Location, staff.
Location: Beach across the street, Plenty of restaurants nearby
Basic room, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, beach access across the street

Not worth the save

Find a better option if staying more than 1 night. Between the "run-down" look and the paper thin walls, take your money somewhere else. Construction work on a Sunday morning is very inconsiderate!!! Not much housekeeping -they changed the garbage and fixed pillows. Very disappointing.

I had a little trouble with the room door. The hotel is being refurbished and the fresh paint caused the door to stick. Nick came up to my door and unstuck it! Quickly! Thanks

Very nice hotel. Was close to our friends home .

Pros: It was per friendly, had breakfast in the morning, and had micro wave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board and coffee pot.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Was only there for thanksgiving dinner with friends and left for home the next day.
Hotel was close to our friends home that we were invited to for thanksgiving.i

Regrets

The pictures were very deceiving. The lobby is too small to serve a mediocre breakfast. The beds were very uncomfortable. My husband and I both wake up with back aches.
