Good place walking distance from the beach. Only thing was the fridge and coffee pot and microwave didn’t work. Room was clean.

For the price and location you can't beat this property. Our only issue was the fact that when we checked in we were asked if we were part of the wedding party. When we told them we were not they still put us right in between the other two rooms who were part of the party....and I do mean party. They were sitting right outside their room right next to ours loudly partying until well after 10 pm. There was plenty of other rooms that they could have put us in that were available at the facility so we didn't have to be next to them.

Staff was nice the pool was nice just very strong smell of chlorine they needed windows opened, and no outside chairs to lay out otherwise super nice and clean and easy to walk to the beach

The Regency was a pleasant surprise. I chose it because of the highly rated reviews, which i found to be very accurate. The cost was very fair and the front desk ladies were professional and helpful. The only reason i didn't give a 5 star rating was because the toilet was not anchored to the floor.

Excellent location and price is right, however, they need to clean their floors. I was barefoot in the room and my feet were black from lack of mopping the floors. Also the nightstands had sticky stuff on them. But the sink, tub, and toilet seemed clean.

Convenient to many restaurants and the pier. Downfall was it appears like their are permanent residents living there. And they were selling parking spots for the locat craft fair and made it difficult for us to park.

The location for what we were doing was great. The staff especially Jessica was great. You can walk to a few restaurants and the pier was across the street.

Upon checking in to our room, the heat would not work. We were immediately given another room. After that our experience was absolutely great. We were there five days and had a wonderful time. Great staff. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay again when in this area.

Overall it was good. The one downside is that the temporary sign is very hard to see from the street - we wasted time finding the place. Be aware there is no breakfast, but coffee is available and there are places to get breakfast within easy walking distance. Location is good - close to the state park & beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Entire hotel is falling apart. Beds are harder than the floor pillows are big and noisy! By far one of the crappiest hotels we've ever stayed at!! The air conditioner wouldn't even work properly we had to put it on 68 to get anything remotely cold!!! The inside pool was atrocious!! Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor breathe!!! Will never come back! Although this part wasn't the hotels fault there were kids knocking on everyone's door and running.
