Room was very dirty, smell very bad,(smoke) cannot change the room, no one respond my requested

Central to golf and beaches

Pros: Convenient to the interstate, golfing and the beaches. Golf courses are well maintained. Greens are fast!
Cons: Update the room. Popcorn ceilings, textured walls and chunky dark wood furniture are out of style. Shower tiles and floor tiles had moldy grout.
Location: Central location. Close to St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra with shopping, beaches and restaurants near by. Facilities seemed safe and secure.
Stayed at Golf World during TPC week at Sawgrass. Golfed every morning and enjoyed TPC every afternoon.

Sensational

Everything was Great from Start to finish unfortunately we had to leave early because of a Friend's death. Our accommodations were excellent and very Clean , location excellent and view sensational. Bill & Doreen McAuliffe

Employees were very friendly and helpful... The beds were comfortable put the walls between the rooms were very thin and you could hear everything going on in the next apartment.. the toilets were being flushed next door and you could hear it.. not a good nights sleep!

Great location and offerings, but noisy.

We stayed 4 nights over a weekend. The location and amenities, both in the Villas and vicinity, were great. As soon as we got checked in, they tried to get us into a time sharing presentation, which we declined, and they did not press. The villa was comfortable, however, very noisy - wood floors with lots of furniture shifting, door slamming, toilets flushing, jet tubs..... very thin walls. On the 2nd night, the smoke detector started to go off. We called front desk and they sent maintenance right away. The battery's was replaced, however, the smoke detector had bugs in it. Thinking we were all done with the cleanup and battery replacements, we were awaken at 2am with the same smoke detector chirping away, so we disconnected ourselves and reported it the next morning. Response was again very swift and had both units replaced. If it wasn't for the noise level, we would have rated 5 stars.

Even better than expected.

Great amenities, room and staff. My expedia booking for 7 days somehow had gotten split into 3 reservations but i realized this before arriving when i called the hotel with some questions. Front desk supervisor was grear and fixed it all before we arrived. :)
