When we walked into our room (room 200) we immediately noticed the smell of moisture and mold. I tried calling the front desk and got no answer. We decided to make the best of it since it was late. Went in the bathroom to get a shower and there was no shower curtain. Tried calling again, no answer. The chair didn’t have a cushion, the pillows looked like sofa pillows and the bed was hard. The next morning when we were leaving, I stopped at the desk and told the young lady about our experience and got a simple “sorry”. For just under $300 a night, it was a terrible experience and I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

When we walked into the room, it smelled horrible. Was a humid smell. Ended up cancelling reservations and went to another hotel. Not worth the price they are charging.

The halls were shabby and somewhat dirty. Our faucet broke in the shower and was stuck on scalding water. I had to rinse with a cup from the sink faucet. There was no on site maintenance available so it just ran water.

Room and bed was good and they came and cleaned each day. Breakfast OK but not great. Exercise room was poor equipment was in very bad shape.. And I love watching the golf channel and they did not have the golf channel

Me and my granddaughter got stuck in the elevator, no one responded to the alarm. After 2 minutes we were able to pry the elevator door open, the floor of course was uneven. After we got out and reported it to the front desk, the clerk said she knew and that maintenance was working on it. I told her it would be nice if i knew because i certainly would have taken the stairs, she looked confused and apologized stated that she would post that it was out of order. This is totally unacceptable.

One night stay during road trip.
This was a one night stay on our way to Disney World. Room was clean, spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom was clean, very nice walk in shower with awesome shower head. Great price on room, good location. Check in was easy, staff was polite and helpful. We would stay there again.

We paid for a “suite” and there were multiple issues. No TV in the bedroom, the TV in the sitting area didn’t have a direct tv box so it didn’t work until maintenance brought one. One of the bedside lights didn’t work nor did the alarm clock. The toilet didn’t shut off several times and there were other issues too numerous to list. This was definitely not up to Comfort’s standards and we won’t return.

worse stay in a hotel in a long time
We had booked a King suite and received a call the day of our check in that there was a problem with the AC so they were going to provide us with a different room at a discounted rate. Before even entering the room, the door had coffee spilled all over it. We were provided with a King standard room. The bed was hard. The shower was handicap/wheelchair accessible which we did not require. Not a huge deal, except due to the bathroom/shower being all open, the entire floor would flood when we showered. You could not leave the bathroom without wet feet for hours. AND we did not get a discounted rate!

Terrible but you get what you pay for
Our room smelled like mildew, bed pillows were the size of throw pillows, and half the electric outlets in our room did not work. Coffee at the breakfast was double brewed and tasted like it had been sitting for a week. Customer service was fine but you always had to ring the service bell to get someone to the counter even during regular check in times.

This property is fithy and the A.C. stopped working on the last night we were there. The couch has fithy stains all over it, the bathroom was falling apart and there was no hair dryer. The bed covers were stiff and the beds are as hard as rocks. You can hear all the people in the next rooms, The walls are thin.

Accessible room was nice but the elevator was a distance away and we were put on the 3rd floor. Once you got off the elevator you started at 322 and our room was 300! A lot of walking for someone with a walker for an accessible room. Told no other room closer

Rooms smelled light cigarette smoke, tried 2, 3rd one was better. I was in a group and all of our rooms had things that were broken like curtains that wouldn’t close and bathroom items. Desk chair was missing in our room also.

NEVER AGAIN
My experience was not good from the front desk so that’s a sign of things to come. The room wasn’t clean one bed had hair and the other bed had what we though was some type of bug, but it was food rice. I asked for fresh linen and the fitted sheets were to small for the bed we struggled to get them on. The connections for phones didn’t work.

This hotel is disgusting!! Every inch of it is dirty. Did not even stay there for 1 hour before asking for a full refund. They have no manager onsite, just employees with no authority to handle guest relations. The owner doesn’t care about his franchise or his staff. They are forced to work in unsafe, unhealthy conditions. I was refunded for 1 of the 2 nights and I didn’t even stay there 60 mins!!! Poor business practices. Shame on you!!! Has covid taught you nothing about cleanliness and how important it is??? This needs to be fixed and I hope Choice hotels investigates because I’m sure they have standards.
