Our condo is not far from the beautiful beaches for a sunrise and 1 block to the gorgeous sunsets of the intercoastal! This casual condo is in a great location right between Intercoastal Waterway and Beach! There is a public boat ramp just 1 block away!

You will love this second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo nestled by the best beaches in Florida. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook a dinner for your family and a comfortable living room to kick back in after a long day of exploring. Pelican Inlet C217’s kitchen is fully loaded with appliances, cookware, and serving ware, you may just want to dine most days.

After a day of boating, beachcombing or swimming in the large Pelican Inlet pool, you’ll be ready to nestle into bed in your primary bedroom with a king-size bed, TV and private en-suite bathroom. Friends can sleep in the second bedroom that’s outfitted with a full and a twin bed and has access to the second bathroom. For your convenience, there’s also a washer and dryer.

Walk to beautiful Crescent Beach and the Intracoastal in minutes, or make use of the resort, with its own pool, tennis court, boat dock, boat ramp and free boat parking. You’ll be just a short drive from historic St. Augustine, the Fountain of Youth, and other attractions too. It’s the perfect getaway for two couples or a small family.

The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins!

There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself!

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.
