Last resort

Stayed here because of last minute and didnt have a choice. Very sketchy people roaming around and supposed to be dog friendly (which I paid extra for 1 dog) and the entire grounds were trashy and covered in fire ants. My dog had several ant bites and I had them too. The cleaning staff yelled at my across parking lot but I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Then they yelled out my room number which was not cool. Just be careful walking around in grassy areas.

Not worth the price

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Complete remodel is the only thing that will improve this place
Location: Easy to find, just off the interstate, downtown St Augustine is about 10-15 minute drive, depending on traffic
No check in until 3:00, room had funny odor from cleaning supplies (I guess), sink and tub had hair in them, spider in towel, AC was barely adequate. Do yourself a favor and book another place when in St Augustine

Your typical easy cheap no frills hotel , the pool was huge so kids will love that

Discriminate against Travelocity purchasers

They don't honor Travelocity purchasers vouchers. I signed up for non-smoking room as I have an allergist to smoke and they tried to put me in a smoking room. I asked for a first floor room as my Mom has difficulty with steps and they put us on the second floor where there are no elevators. All because I paid a better price than they were charging at the time. They even said as much to my face. Punishing people who bargain shop is despicable. If they don't want to sell rooms cheaper than don't put the rooms on Travelocity in the first place.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Room and bed were not clean. My whole body was itccy while I was sleeping. There was bed smell in the bathroom. Towels were damp and one of them was GRAY. They have free wifi, but it did not work at all.

Ok hotel

People were friendly , room was clean. We were right next to Hotel Laundry & was very very noisy. We couldn't sleep. Staff was loud! Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. Dogs were pooping all over grass near pool. Pool was beautiful but freezing! Place needs updating...
