The staff is always very friendly, welcoming, and accomodating! They even make sure every time we come here that we have a room on the ground floor to accommodate my wheelchair. Its a great location! just a few minutes drive from the historic district. Theres lots to do and see in St. Augustine. Every time we come here, we leave with more things on our list of things to come back and check out in the area. But my partner and I specifically look forward most of all to our stay here at this motel. We have been coming back to this same motel every time we visit for the past two years now and we look forward to staying here again in the near future. LOVE this place.

Traveling to Orlando and needed a day me might stay along the way. Staff was great at check in and responding to questions. Microwave was making sounds and they responded right away. Bed was way too soft but I was told that was all they had. I had booked a Queen through the hotels app but saw prices online $30 less and yet desk acted as if the room was the best I could have due to my booking. It was fine for one night.

The clerk at the front desk was extremely nice and help us getting to downtown. The room was clean but the outside wasn't as nice. Neg- No elevator in the premise. There was no room available on the 1st floor and we had heavy luggage that we had to carry up the stairs, very inconvenient when you are traveling with elders and small children.

The room was very clean. The property was apparently trying to be kept up. It definitely needs to be upgraded as there were some issues with some kind of fruit flies in the bathroom with broken hanger in shower curtain. Hire more front office staff. One person is not enough for a busy business.

Really the only thing that I can say was it was clean, but the lady from the ihop had to find the desk clerk. Had a sign stating be back in 10 minutes, 15 minutes later she went to find him. I could have stolen loads of stuff in the desk area, same scenario in the morning. I just wrote on the key card checking out and took a photo. Staff 👎 everything else was fine.

It was a clean room, great for the price. If you expect the Ritz level luxury, it's not for you. But for a comfortable night sleep that won't cut into the trip budget too much, I found it perfect in that regard.
