Hi Damon, Just touching base regarding your stay with us recently. Hated to hear about the Power going out on you. Yes it was a block-wide outage, unfortunately not something we had control over. However I do understand the discontent over the carpet cleaning and i do apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused you. As a hotel in order to keep things fresh and modern, we're tasked with the upkeep no matter how untimely that maybe. Luckily toilet paper and tissue are an easy fix.
