Not worth the $500 per night which included $15 parking and the buffet was below average for $15/pp. hotel is new and clean but not worth the price and next to a very busy, noisy highway. I would go somewhere closer to the district or the beach.

Barn doors should never be used for bathrooms. Ours was broken and as not fixed until the next day. Eggs and bacon were ice cold. Checkin and bar staff were very nice. Room clean and location was just outside the busy downtown which was nice.

This hotel had ample space in the room. It charged for self parking which seems unnecessary had high charges for our dogs and the whole place needed a good cleaning

Staff is great, hotel is clean and modern. Tellis at the front desk gave us map and told us what to do and where it was located, he was spot on.Really enjoyed our time in St. Augustine and at the hotel. We will be back.

I called ahead of time to make sure I added on the second night. They tried to tell me I had to check out and totally check in and change rooms.

We didn’t have keys to go and come as we pleased. Compute messed up. We had to have one person open our room doors. With just one person spread so thin, we couldn’t get the tv to work. Did without tv one night.
