Nice hotel. A little datedPosted Jul 13, 2017
Close to I 95. A lot of construction going on in the area as well as at the hotel. At check in was asked to sign a non smoking policy. That was a little bizarre. Good place to stay if your all about golf. Need to get on the interstate if you want better Food than subway.

Under remodelingPosted Jul 5, 2017
No water. It was turned off without notice. A section of the place went from scolding hot to no water, what so ever to get ready in the morning. No alternative was offered other than weight around for 3 hours. They are undergoing some sort of remodeling with the must incompetent contractors ever seen. Eventually demanded access to another room to shower and left.

Old TV, currently remodeling hotel. Not very close to St Augustine. Breakfast ok. Would prefer place closer to old St Augustine. Terrible Mattress.

Booked 6 nights. Stayed one night.Posted Jun 25, 2017
Pros: Not much.
Location: Only stayed one night - have no idea what is nearby. Hotel is in an area intended to be a planned golf community.
10-15 miles from St Augustine historical area. The entire property is in very poor condition. Rust, rot, and grime. Hotel is being patched and repaired on a shoe string budget - needs to be completely renovated. Booked 6 nights stayed one. Staff was doing their best but they were overworked and not happy to be there.

The hotel was beautiful! Clean and courteous. Full breakfast. The price through Expedia was great for such nice accommodations. We will definitely go back.

Old hotel needs upgradesPosted Jun 4, 2017
This obviously was once a fine, elegant hotel. No more. Noisy, inefficient A.C., terrible mattress made for a very uncomfortable but spacious room. Quality of breakfast was below average although lots of selection. Coffee was horrible but there's a Starbucks 4 miles away. Stayed in a handicap room which the requisite hand rails but still had to step into a tub. Shower was otherwise fine, very nice towels. Very clean thoughout.

Advertised as close to beach. But it's10-15 milesPosted Jun 2, 2017
Tried to check in early as our flight was early. I had tired kids and girlfriend and they said no. However after an hour I tried again and the staff had a change of heart and since hotel wasn't booked they allowed us to check in. Great since

Cons: Demolish it, start over
Nasty never will go back. Pretty building on the outside but it is best if you just keep driving do not go in. The smells are atrocious unbelievable.
