We left. The bedspreads had blood stains on them. The manager was a very nice lady & was nice to work with but the property is very old & dated & the property owners haven’t done anything to improve it. It had a drug deals go down here vibe. Overall really creepy, felt unsafe & the hallway was hot & unairconditioned. The managers are trying but they don’t have much with which to work. Hard pass.

Property would not open door to chat with me re: Reservation.. said come back 4pm & Ring outside Door bell.. yelled Out from behind glass window " we are cleaning your Room" 4pm I returned went to my assigned Room, The Sheets and thin blanket had brownish stains, on Both beds. I asked housekeeper why? She says we do have clean sheets without any Stains.. I simply stated that I was going out to shop for clean Sheets and I paid $40 then told Mgr that I have just purchased New Sheets and comforter for my assigned Bed.

You get what you pay for. The price was great. The room was bare bones as expected but out of the 2 outlets in the room, one had something broken off in it and was unusable. The bathtub had no plug. There were stains on the walls and there was a water bottle left behind one of the beds. Our room door barely shut properly without being slammed. But again all in all it was safe and cheap and in a decently convenient location.

If it is broke fix it.
The bathroom sink drained slowly. The iron in the room did not work. The manager replaced the iron. The sink he said dont worry about it.

When we got there at 3:00 the gentleman stated he tried to run our card that morning and it was declined. Walked into the room stale, damp smell. There were holes in the sheets and bedspread. Stains on the sheets and shower curtain. I wanted this room because of the jetted tub. It is a big tub and my husband was going to be able to get in it. But it was nasty looking with multiple patching and stains. Towels were extremely rough and tattered. We went and got dinner decided there was no way we would be able to sleep so we left. Also, you have a small parking area and have to climb stairs to get to the 2nd floor. I guess they did not have elevators. I have arthritis and could not do it. We knew from conversations checking in the manager was not going to cooperative so just left that night and emailed him. Of course he replied and gave his side and said no to a refund. At least they can use new sheets bedspreads and shower curtains. It was disgusting!!

The check in lady was really nice, only thing I will say is the hotel needs updating. Yes the prices were affordable but I think people would be ok paying a little bit more for something updated

The hotel needs a different receptionist whoever she is. Maybe she is the owner or an employee. I do not know. The lady is totally unprepared for the position. Rude and unpleasant. I will never come back to this hotel under this administration. There are better options around.

Limited parking. Absolutely no pets allowed. I have a service dog but apparently I actually don’t according to them because I do not have an ADA DOG TAG. Never ever been turned down. The cleaning lady was so annoying about it that I just left but room isn’t even refundable so I went down the road to a nicer place. The hall smelled musty like it was damp. Don’t stay here.

At 3:30 when we arrived at the property the office was closed. We had to call numbers posted on the door for someone to come and help us, at first no one answered the calls, after a few tries someone picked up the phone. In total we waited over 25 mins for a person to come check us in.

Good budget hotel for a get away
The property is located near the beach and it’s very nice. The rooms are comfortable with comfortable beds. But, The rooms aren’t soundproof and you can hear what’s happening next door. We asked for extra towels and front desk declined to give me a couple. He said they are only to be used at the pool and suggested to drive to the beach supply store a few blocks away to buy beach towels. Also, when we arrived he asked me to park my motorcycle in front of my car, because, there was limited parking available. The parking area was not even half way fool during the day and night.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Roaches everywhere and filthy. Horrible service and unfriendly staff. You are better off staying in a garbage can then this motel.

The entire room including the Beds are old & outdated. Beds were noisy just to roll over in. One of the bedspreads was stained & needs replacing as well. There was also a smell in the hallways & our room. Not sure if it was a musty odor or a spray they use? We would not recommend but it was the only thing with vacancy under $200 a night.

Huge stain on our ceiling that should definitely be taken care of. No separation between toilet and shower. ( Maybe it was a handicapped room). We did sleep well.

The hotel is in very poor condition rooms were dirty carpet filthy beds were no support the towles were stained at almost $200 a night it is price gauging couldn't wait to check out.

I didn’t like how we pulled in the hotel and the clerk ran in and lock the door. Told us to go to window. The weather was bad and me and my kids was trying to check in and my other two kids that wasn’t staying there, the clerk wanted to charge me $25 dollars per kids to come up to my room. The bed spread was stained, and the nightstand was dirty, I would never stay there again.

Great Stay
This place is old school, which certainly gave it charm. We checked in at 3am and it was no problem. The front desk people were very friendly. Easy parking. I’ll be staying here again next month. It was plenty clean but don’t expect fabulous fluffy 5 star towels and fancy shampoo, soaps and conditioners. For the price, it’s perfect!!!

Checked in at 7 PM on Friday. Had to stand outside and perform transaction through a glass window. Hotel is old and not very clean. Lots of dust on light switches, carpeting very old. Walls very thin, could clearly hear people talking in next room. Complicated by the fact that it was spring break and our next-door neighbors came in drunk at 3 AM.
