MIX UP ON RESERVATIONS , BUT CLERK STRAIGHTEN EVERYTHING OUT. NICE STAY

Comfort Suites not so comfortable

Bed very uncomfortable. Then wife and I discovered the pillow top mattress was placed upside-down. We were sleeping on the bottom of the mattress! Not pleasant! Also no orange juice either day of our stay. A day without orange juice is, well, a day without orange juice!☹️

Great Location!

Pros: Location/Clean/Friendly Staff
Cons: Elevators need a little attention
Location: historic district within a block walk. Lots of restaurants close by.
Close to the historic district and right off interstate. Excellent staff/front desk employees.

The breakfast bar ran out of items and we couldn't find the person in charge. Other than that the stay was great!

quick trip

Pros: comfortable beds
Cons: needed better service and availability of staff
stayed overnight for a quick girls trip, hard to find hotel staff, room was clean but older, window did not have good seal and room was very humid and loud, in the morning breakfast was all gone and not replenished no one available to help or ask about the amenities

Oktoberfest visit

The hotel was very nice and the young ladies working the desk all weekend were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion or issue was that the breakfast quality was on the poor side and a lot of the food was very generic and not appetizing. Might work some kind of arrangement out with the casino and Oktoberfest to have a shuttle or something running from the hotels to the festival. Other than that rooms were huge and very nicely done and very clean. Sunday morning one of the staff came by the room to check and see if we needed anything. Would use this hotel anytime in St. Charles

Nice room, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great location with lots of things to do nearby. Good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel

The night lady was nice.
