Leaky Sink

Posted Sep 28, 2017
Pros: Clean and a fun vibe
The overall stay was great. The only negative thing was the bathroom sink leaked, there wasn't any way housekeeping didn' know this and turn in a ticket. I shouldn't have had to do that.

Decent room, horrible staff

Posted Aug 20, 2017
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Customer service
We always stay at Embassy Suites for their clean rooms, hospitable staff and delicious breakfast. This Embassy Suites falls very short compared to the others we've stayed in. The room was clean and the food was okay but the staff was absolutely rude. The front desk person barely looked at me while checking me in and out (great first impression). The people at breakfast were slow and acted inconvenienced about anything you asked for. I would not recommend paying the money to stay here. Go somewhere that appreciates it's customers.

Everyone was extremely nice. The morning buffet was FANTASTIC! They booked my family, including a three year old in a smoking room. We checked in past everyone's bedtime. We were too tired to ask to switch, but really shouldn't have had to request a switch. I was with my mother, who is a senior citizen, teenage daughter and 3 year old daughter. We all suffered the next day from sleeping in the smoky room all night. We were miserable.

Great stay!

Posted Jul 5, 2017 on Hotels
There were a few issues with checkin. The first room they gave us had unkept beds (they were not made). But they quickly gave us a room a few doors down. Then the flush on the toilet didn't work, but that was quickly fixed as well. Overall, it was a fabulous stay. It was clean, beds were comfy, the room was bigger than our usual embassy suite rooms which was SO NICE. Breakfast was wonderful as usual, the staff was extremely polite and so we're the other guests! The location was great for our trip into the St Louis.

Busy Weekend

Posted Jul 5, 2017
Location: close to the river festival events.
We stayed on July 3 - busy weekend. They seemed understaffed and underprepared for a busy weekend. Pool - no towels available - we brought down towels from the room. Pool and deck were dirty - bandaids, clumps of hair, wet pool diaper. Evening reception - they ran out of Budweiser products. snacks ran out very quickly. Breakfast - only one person bussing tables and only one person making omlettes. 30+ minute wait for omlette and the grill looked like a mess. Many tables were stacked with dirty dishes leaving no where to sit.
