Nice hotel. Decent breakfast. Staff was friendly. Close to freeway. Would stay here again.

A few minor inconveniences

Pros: It was conveniently located along my trip and close to many food options.
Cons: The workout facilities need improvement.
Location: Nice and close to a Sugarfire BBQ, which is one of my favorite spots.
Having little kids in the pool followed by having to get them clean in a shower instead of a bathtub is hugely challenging. It's probably the only hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have a bathtub. I don't know if I missed that somewhere, but I'd probably do something else just because of that in the future. The workout facilities are not "facilities". It's just a room with a stationary bike, a treadmill, and an elliptical machine. I think they'd be better served by just getting rid of it and saying they don't have those facilities. I only did a few minutes on the treadmill and was afraid it would fall apart. If I was traveling for work instead of with my family, it would be just fine for that and meet all my needs.

Horribly hot upon entering the room. Very loud air conditioner. The lid on the toilet tank did not fit so we could see the inside of the tank. One of the comforters in our room had burn holes throughout.

Charged me more than my reservation, sheets were scratchy, shower control was finicky but finally worked, wifi was slow, pillows small and lumpy. Breakfast was good, hotel was quiet, shower shape was unique. Just a standard hotel that has potential to be better.

NICE FOR THE PRICE

Pros: Close to the college where we needed to be to take our child. Great pricing, very friendly staff The free breakfast included was very nice and fresh
Cons: Cleanliness of rooms! Bedspreads were ripped and sheets were not very clean
Location: Great restaurant in plaza in front of hotel, Massas!! HIGHLY recommend that place! Good prices and great food!!
FOR THE PRICE IT WAS OK. The air conditioner was very loud, we let them know on our way out. Found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom on our 2nd night stay. The sheets did not get changed for the 3 nights we stayed. After leaving on our drive home had bites all over our legs and arms. Went to Dr. and said more than likely bed bug bites. UGH!!

We just stayed for a quick overnight trip as a place to rest during a long roadtrip. The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet.

Best hotel stay ever!

Best hotel stay ever! They staff was super nice, the rooms weren't stuffy at all, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very chic and the beds were so comfy. I didn't want to leave. And the staff was great with our 2 year old.

Stay away

There was urin stains on the bed sheets, hallway smelled, not a great feeling from the beginning
