Very inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues. Was given a room on the 3rd floor that was only accessible by stairs. So had to take the elevator ( after getting on the wrong one first- there are multiple elevators) to the 3nd floor, walk down the hallway and then take stairs and lug up all of our bags) to get to the 3rd floor to find our room. The parking lot is also terrible. The handicap parking spot I finally found after driving around and going into the parking ramp , is located closest to the stairs in the back of the building. So up two flights of stairs to get to elevator to walk up more stairs. The bathroom is very small, almost too small to turn around. Was definitely not worth $230 a night

Hi Jennifer and Tim, Thank you for your comments. It looks like you booked our studio double in our tower section with a nice view of the river. This room is accessible by two elevators. We do in fact have stairwells that will lead up to all of the floors, however. We had a very busy weekend, but all of our handicapped parking is either on the ground level or next to a ramp and elevators from our parking ramp. We are compliant with all ADA requirements and have 7 ADA rooms that can be rented out. We are very sorry to hear that you had such issues finding your way around our hotel.

Pool was so dirty and gross in the first day. Hair chunks and food chunks. Then the pool was closed on the second day. No internet in our room. Grungy place and poor service.

Perfect spacious room and great place to stay for our family get together! Kids were seriously amazed when they found they had their own hang out space with an awesome beanbag chair and read corner!! The pool area was great. The staff was in perfect and super helpful with everything, it was a great mini vacation/family gathering.

Very Big, lots of room to check stuff out. Pool was working, hot tub. I had a Very comfortable feeling and relaxed. Only issue was the creeper (person loitering) that was hanging around there.

This is an older property, that could use some updating. Our room for being a family suite, was quite small with no seating area. The beds were super comfortable.

The pool area was way over max capacity. The music was way too loud for poolside rooms. There were dangerous cords from crockpots everywhere. The hot jets didn’t work and many young children in the small hot tub.

Reasonably priced, close to the Hospital, downtown & lots of restaurants within walking distance. They have the Green Mill restaurant on site. Nice gym to workout in too.

We stayed in a unique room that had 2 levels and 4 queen beds. Has a wonderful view of the Mississippi river. We enjoyed the pool, but the Hot Tub was not working. It was still open, but was like sitting in a warm bath tub. When asked at the front desk, they claimed maintenance working on it. We were there 3 days with no change to it's operation. Other than that, the facility was clean and appreciated the fitness room.

This was a great option for St. Cloud. The rooms are sizable, clean, and quiet (even next to the elevator, I didn't hear a peep from outside). There is a nice pool and a serviceable fitness center (treadmill, weights, a noisy elliptical). And, there is a Green Mill with surprisingly delicious food attached!

The surrounding areas were filthy. The tv remote didn’t work. The room was clean but very old. The garbage was overflowing in all receptacle. Loud at 1:00 in the morning people were partying & could hear your neighbors very clearly. Would never stay here again especially what I paid & got

We liked that the property was close to campus and had the Green Mill attached. I'm a runner and to be able to walk out the door and be able to run around the river and campus was awesome. Loved the spacious rooms and that we didn't have to pay extra for a double queen room. The pool and hot tub were also very nice. We also loved the complimentary hot chocolate and coffee station! I was a little nervous after reading a review about the parking garage, but we were told we could park in the Green Mill lot or use the parking garage. We opted for the parking garage, and we were covered so we didn't have to scrape windows in the morning! So it was a win win. I unfortunately left my ipods under my pillow and called housekeeping and left a message. Head of housekeeping (I want to say Julie, but I don't recall) called back first thing the next morning and apologized for calling so early! I was up and happy to hear they had my ipods. My daughter drove over to pick them up and they were waiting at the front desk for her. So very thankful for such kind and helpful service!! I'd say the only things we didn't like was no breakfast and ice machines only on certain floors, but the hot chocolate and coffee station made up for it. Would definitely stay again!

there wasn’t a single thing that i didn’t enjoy about the property! the staff held our bags and luggage when we went out to shop, made sure our rooms were taken care of and were super friendly, AND THE VIEW! oh my goodness was it absolutely amazing, one of the nicest hotels i’ve stayed at.
