Restaurant below expectations

I purchased breakfast tickets with our stay and the experience was terrible. My family had to wait over an hour to be seated both mornings. The staff was disorganized and didn’t have enough help. I blame it on management and not the floor staff. I wouldn’t recommend eating there. The room was comfy but outdated and you can tell they just patch things as they go.

Nice Hotel

Stayed one night for a conference. Hotel is due for a refresh and I think one is in the works. Staff was very nice and friendly. Had breakfast and lunch over three days as part of the conference and food was good.

Great Hotel and Staff! Very Cold Pools/Pool Air

Perfect amazing hotel! The biggest complaint (as well as others there) is that the pools are too cold and the pool air is cold. Kids lips are purple and they are shivering.

Great Family Hotel! Food horrible!

Loved everything about it but the food ! Ordered a pizza room service and it was raw. Not great at either restaurants... needs improvement

Snow Night

Pros: Great location, nice rooms, had a Star Tribune right outside the door.
Cons: Update the decorations.
Location: All of the colleges (St. John's Univ where my son goes), one vegan restaurant, I don't know what else....
I've stayed here before. Reason why this particular visit was disappointing was that it was very snowy. (I was stranded, as I wasn't planning to stay overnight but had to, due to a winter storm.) So, they put me in a downstairs room next to the parking lot. All night long, I was awake, due to snowshoveling machines and equipment being noisy. I told the staff the next morning about this, that I couldn't get any sleep. They apologized but majorly disappointed that they didn't offer anything to me as a "make good" for this lack of sleep night.

Old, outdated for comparable prope, low ceilings-

Walls are paper thin=no sleep, hockey weekend so full of noise.
