Nice for the price.

Pros: Price, breakfast, pool, & staff.
Cons: The bathroom size & set-up. The counter space in the room.
Location: Location was perfect for the MAC and many restaurants.
We stayed here this last weekend while attending a girls state hockey tournament. We shared a room with our daughter & 14 yr. grandson. The facilities were clean and the staff was wonderful. The room was clean. It lacked counter space and the bathroom was really tight, especially with 4 adults. There was not enough room for 2 people to be in together even for grooming tasks. The breakfasts were fabulous although not well organized ( butter was hard to access by the waffles, french toast etc.). As I stated it was a great place for a reasonable price.

Pros: There is a nice restaurant attached to hotel and a brew pub next door too.
Nothing not to like about this hotel. Clean rooms, nice bed. Little road noise at least from the room we had.

Pros: Clean, nice rooms, great hot breakfast and the friendly faces that always greet us at your check-in counter.
Cons: ---
Location: This trip we were coming to St. Cloud for a yearly basketball tournament at the Baptist Church. Last time for my husband's VA appointments.
My husband fell in our shower at our home here on Tuesday and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. As a result we were unable to come to St. Cloud for our son's basketball tournament. So we asked our son and his wife to use our room as it was already paid for. They had never stayed at a Quality Inn before and were very impressed with yours. I told him we've stayed at yours before and really liked the hotel and the friendly staff. They were also pleased with both. Thank you for welcoming them in our place. We'll see you again next time we come to St. Cloud.

I would choose somewhere else next time

Pros: I liked the continental breakfast.
Cons: Change the type of furnace, with an option of running a fan. Improve the quality of the mattresses, fix the thermostats.
Location: We were on a mall-shopping weekend.
The room was about $100 for a low-standard hotel. The heat register kept making knocking noises throughout the night, keeping me awake. We did not have any control over the heat or coolness in our room. It was about 65 degrees, and the thermostat had been turned all the way up to 90, with no response. The talking in the hallway sounded as if the speaking person were right in our room - the walls need insulation or something to drown out at least a little noise.

There was hair all over the bathroom and all over the sheets and pillow cases. Also black little tiny rocks fell out of one of the pillowcases when I turned the pillow over! The rooms were freezing, the thermostat was turned up all the way to 90 but the room never ever got over 62. Ever!

I highly recommend this hotel vs the surrounding hotels. Very quiet, calm and relaxing. Staff are beyond friendly and not full of screaming kids. For ex: Holiday Inn- all there is , is screaming kids running around.

When we arrived late on a Friday night, it was pretty obvious the room hadn't been cleaned. There was ramen scattered on the floor, hair on the toilet seat, and toothpaste spots in the shower. It was really late, though, so we didn't talk to the front desk. The next morning we bumped into the cleaning lady and she graciously spot-cleaned the room to get rid of the worst parts. If it hadn't been for the messy room experience, i would give the hotel a much better rating.

Decent for price.

Room was clean, beds weren't very comfortable, breakfast was okay, landscaping around hotel and hotel itself was outdated.

Super accommodating

So accommodating!! We were in town for a figure skating competition and breakfast wasn't scheduled till 7am on Saturday. We explained that we had to leave before that and they made arrangements for hot breakfast to be served an hour early (at 6am). Wonderful staff! Thank you!
