When we arrived late on a Friday night, it was pretty obvious the room hadn't been cleaned. There was ramen scattered on the floor, hair on the toilet seat, and toothpaste spots in the shower. It was really late, though, so we didn't talk to the front desk. The next morning we bumped into the cleaning lady and she graciously spot-cleaned the room to get rid of the worst parts. If it hadn't been for the messy room experience, i would give the hotel a much better rating.
