“Very nice house and easy to find!”

“Great house, great host everything was simple”

“Great location and the house was very clean and exactly what we were looking for.”

“This is our second time staying in this condo. We have it booked again for the fall.Very clean and comfortable. Close to campus. Owners are great. Don’t expect a lot of extras. Furnishings and supplies are sparse. For example, one towel is provided per person for the week so you need to do laundry or you can rent extras from them. There’s not really a big comfy couch to sit on and watch a movie with a group. Downstairs has a couch, a loveseat, and two chairs, but no ottomans and everything is……

“My husband and I thought the place was nice, The bed was comfortable. The host responded quickly to any questions. We were concerned about the outlets in the master bedroom/bathrroom. The outlets were loose and the bathroom one was coming out of the wall. There weren’t any outlets close to the bed to charge phones, I’d recommend to get a bedside lamp that has usb ports. ”

“The house was ok except for the mold or what the host calls mildew all over the living room ceiling. There was a lot of mold with drip marks on the living room/dining/kitchen ceiling with drip marks from what appears to have been from the previous roof. This should be handled properly before someone gets sick from the “mildew”.”

“Host was friendly . House was clean .”

“The location of this property is very convenient to the LSU campus. It could use more basic kitchen supplies, like a toaster and oven mitts.”

“The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it.”
