Would never stay here again

Hotel was very dirty (i.e. other peoples hair on the sink, the bathroom floors didn't look like they had been cleaned, carpet was filthy), in fact when we checked in, another guest's room hadn't even been cleaned. The beds are very uncomfortable. The breakfast was horrible, the syrup seemed as if they had watered it down with water and the juice in the juice machine had gone bad (our orange juice was tinted brown). It made us very weary of the milk and eggs that were there to eat as well. We've stayed at a few hotels in St. George and for the price of this one we were expecting a lot more. I would avoid if your thinking about it.

Good for the money

We stay here because they allow dogs and have close access to a door outside to take our dog out and to get to the parking lot, very convienent. Rooms are basic, not the cleaniest though. Great shower water pressure with soft water. Breakfast is good, love the waffles and never crowded which is a plus for me.

Everything nasty.

Pet urine everywhere, dust, hairs, clog pipes, mattress pad with stains. No, horrible!. Receptionist was nice. Also the shower wasn't clean. Really nasty. I stared the reservation with Trivago it at the end you got it. I don't know how, so bad for me. Trivago has better hotels.

Nice location and good value for high travel season. Could have been cleaner. Bit of paper behind the door when I arrived and still there two days later when I left as an example.

Won't come back for sure

T.v was not working,I did everything, and the so called owner told (me)i don't know how to use it,and turn her back,speking foreign language.then after 10 mins.i ask her if we can transfer,she said yes after 30 mins,and told us to clean the room,next room the t.v is working,but the blankets,pillows are no good.terrible experience.worst hotel for me,only the location is good

What a waste

Counter Staff was rude, room wasn't made up, no toilet paper, coffee maker was missing parts, breakfast room was filthy and cleaned out or not even stocked. Would never recommend this place.

Watch your charges

Charged me twice for my three day stay. Would not refund over charge. Had to appeal through my credit card company.

Disgusting & Filthy - Avoid!!!

Upon arrival (after our keys don't work) I find a noodle on the floor, nasty stuff on floor, and broken glass near AC unit inside our room. We were just coming to put our stuff done & run out. I inform the manager Tammy casually and she just kinda shrugs it off. I assume it'll be cleaned up - wrong. We get back around 10 pm & see nothing's changed. Then when turning down the bed, I find a chunk of meat between the wardrobe & side of the bed & what looks like caked on puke on the wardrobe. I go to speak the manager Tom. He says there's no notes about room 103 - not surprised. I ask to switch rooms as ours is filthy - nope, they're fully booked. I ask about someone to come clean in, he says he'll do it. I ask about a refund of some kind, he tells me to talk to AM manager when checking out. He picks the glass, noodle, & meat up by hand and leaves. When checking out talk with 3rd manager. He can't do anything for us, sorry not sorry. Got told to call today & talk w/ Tammy. No one should stay here. Everything is filthy. Heard other customer complain as well when I was about to about their room being dirty. Hallways are covered with random crap & food on floors. Didn't even look at pool or consider the breakfast. Literally slept and ran. The only thing I will say is that the sheets were clean. If I don't get some kind of money back, I will start a war.

Nice people, poor facility

Pros: The front desk woman was kind and doing her best. She did consent to refund our cancelled 2nd night.
Cons: Everything
Location: It felt like a pretty rundown part of town. The strip mall next door was old and mostly vacant.
The woman at the front desk was very nice, but was a little overworked trying to run the front desk and take care of doing all of the breakfast. The "dining room" could only hold about 8 people comfortably and the food and paper goods were scarce. The room was ok clean, but there were stains on bedding, and sheets were pretty threadbare. The cable box hanging from the bottom of the TV was pretty unattractive and the furnishings were old and worn. The hot water came and went, so showering was difficult. The bed itself was HORRIBLE. We ended up cancelling our 2nd night because it was impossible to sleep on such a hard bed! I don't like to complain about nice people, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice Hotel

The staff was nice and helpful. When I needed to print out a letter the lady at the front did not hesitate to help. I like the location. The room was nice. My only dissatisfaction was the extreme firm bed. Too firm for my petitness. But overall I enjoyed my stay and I left house keeping a $20 to let them know I appreciate what they do. I will stay again
